ժամկետային զինծառայողի մահը հավասարում է մի քանի անհայտով

Երիտասարդը արձակուրդ է ստանում, գնում է տուն՝ Գառնի: 10 օր տանն անցկացնելուց հետո, կազդուրված և հանգստացած վերադառնում է Իջևանի զորամաս, մի քանի ժամից զինվորին անգիտակից վիճակում տեղափոխում են «Իջևան» բժշկական կենտրոն: Այստեղ նրա վիճակը գնալով վատանում է, և փետրվարի 12-ին Ստեփանը մահանում է արդեն Երևանում՝ Մուրացանի վրա գտնվող զինվորական հոսպիտալում:

«Ձեր տղայի անալիզները մահացած մարդու անալիզներ են», - ասում է Մուրացանի հոսպիտալի բժիշկը Ստեփանի հորեղբորը՝ Սարգիս Ստեփանյանին: Նա Ստեփանի հետ խոսել չի կարողացել: «Ես մտել եմ, ինքը անգիտակից պառկած ա եղել, ու մեզ բժիշկները ասել են, որ բոլոր հարցերը լուծել ենք, բոլոր բուժումները անում ենք», - պատմեց Forrights. am-ին Սարգիս Ստեփանյանը:

Թե ի՞նչ է կատարվել տղայի հետ Իջևանի զորամասում, տանից վերադառնալուց հետո և ինչից են նրան «բուժել» Իջևանի և Երևանի բժիշկները, նրա հարազատներին հայտնի չէ: Ստեփան Ստեփանյանի մահն անգամ ուզում էին գաղտնի պահել: Բայց իջևանցի լրագրողները իմացել են դեպքի մասին և հարցում են արել ՊՆ, որից հետո միայն հայտնվեց պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն:

«Զինծառայողը եղել է արձակուրդում, վերադարձել է Իջևանի զորամաս, վատացել է, տեղափոխվել հոսպիտալ, որտեղ էլ արձանագրվել է մահը», - հայտնեց ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը դեպքից 9 օր անց, փետրվարի 21-ին:

Ստեփան Ստեփանյանի հայրը մահացել է, երբ տղան փոքր է եղել, մայրը թողել է Ստեփանին և նրա քրոջը ու հեռացել է: Տղային մեծացրել է տատիկը՝ Անահիտ Ստեփանյանը, հորեղբայրը, իր իսկ խոսքով, «մեծ եղբայր» է եղել Ստեփանի համար: Տղան ժամանակից շուտ է գնացել բանակ, իր իսկ դիմումի համաձայն: 2017 թվականի հուլիսից ծառայել է և, ըստ հարազատների, դժգոհ չի եղել բանակային կյանքից: Մեկ էլ հանկարծ անհասկանալի մահ:

«Մեզ համար մութ է, թե ինչ կատարվեց երեխու հետ, - ասում է Անահիտ տատը, - Տունը անասուն ունեինք, մեղու ունեինք, ամեն ինչ անում էր, մեղուները մենակ էր խնամում: Շատ էր սիրում մեղուների հետ զբաղվել: Ասում էր՝ գնամ բանակ, գամ, մենակ մեղուներով կզբաղվեմ»:

Անահիտ Ստեփանյանը հիշում է, թե ինչպես փետրվարի 10 -ին բանակ ճանապարհեց թոռնիկին.

«Լվացվեց, թրաշվեց, հագնվեց, տղաս ճանապարհ դրեց: Ճանապարհին մի պահ ասել է, որ սիրտը խառնում է, բայց ավտոկայանում արդեն լավ էր: Նստեցրել է ավտո, գնացել է: Մինչև իրիկունը պատասխան չստացանք, որ հասել են, գիշերը զանգեցին, ասեցին՝ տարել ենք հիվանդանոց, ասեցին՝ թունավորվել է»:

Սարգիս Ստեփանյանը վստահեցնում է, որ զինվորի մահվան վկայականում ևս որպես մահվան պատճառ թունավորումն է նշված: Սակայն քննչական կոմիտեից մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան բոլորովին այլ պատճառ են նշել:

«Դիակի դիահերձման արդյունքներով դատաբժիշկները որպես մահվանը հանգեցրած ախտաբանական անմիջական վիճակ արձանագրել են գլխուղեղի այտուց, ուղեղաբնի ներհրման համախտանիշով, իսկ որպես մահվան հիմնական պատճառ՝ կոմա անհայտ ծագման», - Forrights. am-ին պատասխանել են քննչական կոմիտեից, հայտնելով նաև, որ փետրվարի 22-ին Ստեփան Ստեփանբյանի մահվան փաստով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 130 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով, այ ն է՝ բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը, կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահ:
