Ինչպես են աշխատում ԱԺ պատգամավորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստի» այսօրվա համարում անդրադարձ կկատարենք ՀՀԿ–ական Մուրադ Մուրադյանի, Ռուզաննա Մուրադյանի, Կորյուն Նահապետյանի և ԲՀԿ–ական Տիգրան Ներսիսյանի՝ խորհրդարանում պատգամավոր դառնալուց ի վեր կատարած աշխատանքներին:
Նախաձեռնությունների 66%–ից ավելիին կողմ և 1,79%–ին էլ դեմ քվեարկած ԲՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ներսիսյանը ԱԺ–ի 95 նիստի չի ներայացել: Նա ոչ նախաձեռնություններ է ունեցել, ոչ հարցեր և ոչ էլ ելույթներ: Դրա փոխարեն ակտիվորեն կողմ է քվեարկել վերջերս մեծ ռեզոնանս առաջացրած «1000 դրամների», 2017 թ. բյուջեի, ԱԺ կանոնակարգի և այլ օրինագծերի: 2015 թ. դրությամբ հայտարարագրել է 2 միլիոն 780 հազար դրամ:
ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավորներ Մուրադ Մուրադյանը, Ռուզաննա Մուրադյանը և Կորյուն Նահապետյանը հօգուտ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների բավական ակտիվորեն են քվեարկել՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 800 ավելի անգամներ: Բնականաբար իշխող կուսակցության անդամները օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններին բավական քիչ են դեմ քվեարկել, քանի որ հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀԿ–ն խորհրդարանում գերակշռող է՝ գերակշռող են հենց ՀՀԿ–ի առաջ քաշած նախաձեռնությունները: Վերջինները դեմ են քվեարկել 7–9 անգամ: Այս երեք հանրապետականներից ամենից շատ նիստերին չի ներկայացել Կորյուն Նահապետյանը, ով 111 նիստի ընթացքում այլ վայրում է գտնվել: Միաժամանակ նա 48 հարցի և 31 ելույթի հեղինակ է:
Նրանից ավելի շատ հարցեր և ելույթներ ունեցել է Ռուզաննա Մուրադյանը՝ 98 անգամ հարցուպատասխանի է մասնակցել և 20 անգամ էլ՝ ելույթ ունեցել: Նրանց երրորդ կուսակիցը՝ Մուրադ Մուրադյանը ըստ www.parliamentmonitoring.am կայքի՝ պատգամավոր դառնալուց հետո ոչ ելույթ է ունեցել, ոչ էլ՝ հարցեր ունեցել:
Մուրադ Մուրադյանը նախաձեռնություններ չունի, ըստ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ դրամական միջոցներ էլ չունի: Մուրադ Մուրադյանի հետ կապված շատերը կհիշեն նրա և ևս մի ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր՝ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի միջև 2012 թ. տարեվերջին տեղի ունեցած ծեծկտռուքը, որը տեղի էր ունեցել «Ռենեսանս» ռեստորանում, կոալիցիոն խնջույքի ժամանակ:
Ռուզաննա Մուրադյանը ի տարբերություն իր կուսակցի՝ մասնակցել է 7 օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության մշակման աշախատանքներին, որոնք վերաբերվում են դատաիրավական, տնտեսական և առողջապահական ոլորտների: Ռուզաննա Մուրադյանը նույնպես դրամական միջոցներ չի հայտարարագրել:
Կորյուն Նահապետյանը 5 օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համահեղինակ է՝ հանրային հարցերի և առողջապահական ոլորտի վերաբերյալ: Նա թվարկված պատգամավորներից ամենահարուստն է ներկայանում, քանի որ, ըստ իր 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ ունի 30 միլիոն 931 հազար դրամ: Պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանձնելու ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ նրա դրամական միջոցները այնքան էլ շատ չեն ավելացել, քանի որ Նահապետյանը 2012 թ. հայտարարագրել էր 21 միլիոն 746 հազար դրամ:
