«Գլամուրային» ստորգետնյա «մոլն» այնքան էլ անվտանգ չէ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մայրաքաղաքում առևտրի և ժամանացի վայրերը գնալով աճում են: Եվ ոչ միայն նախկին գործարաններն են մոլերի վերածվում, այլ գետնի տակ կառուցվողները: Ու եթե դրանց մի մասը խորհրդային տարիներից ժառանգած գետնանցումների հատվածում են վաճառքի տաղավարներ կամ, ինչպես հիմա մոդայիկ է ասել՝ «բուտիկներ» կառուցվում, ապա օրինակ «Տաշիր սթրիթ» կոչվող ստորգետնյա «մոլում» ոչ միայն տաղավարներն են նոր, այլ գետնի տակ կառուցված վաճառատեղի գաղափարը:

Ինչևէ, չվիճարկելով դրա պահանջված լինել–չլինելը, ընդամենը նշենք, որ նման վայրերում պետք է որ բավականին հզոր օդափոխության և հրդեհային անվտանգության համակարգեր լինեին, բայց, անկեղծ ասած, առաջին հայացքից դրանք այնքան էլ տեսանելի չեն: Եվ եթե իսկապես նման վայրերում նախատեսված, նախագծված և ներկառուցված են նման համակարգեր, ապա հետաքրքիր է, թե արդյո՞ք շուրջօրյա աշխատում են, թե՝ ոչ:

«Փաստ»–ին ահազանգած քաղաքացին պնդում էր, որ «Տաշիր սթրիթում», Աստված մի արասցե, որևէ արտակարգ դեպք լինի, ապա մարդիկ չեն հասցնի դուրս գալ, քանի որ տարհանման համար նախատեսված ելքեր կա՛մ չկան, կա՛մ էլ եթե կան, ապա տեսանելի չեն:

Հարց է ծագում՝ եթե դրանք կան, բայց տեսանելի չեն, ապա ո՞ւմ են պետք, երբ արտակարգ իրավիճակի դեպքում քաղաքացին չի կարողանալու կողմնորոշվել ու կյանքը փրկել: Իսկ եթե չկան, ապա ինչպես ասում են, սա բոլորովին այլ թեմա է:

«Փաստ»–ը ԱԻՆ–ի պաշտոնական՝ mes.am կայքից փորձեց պարզել, թե տեսչական ստուգումների ծրագրով նշված վայրում ստուգումներ իրականացվել են, թե ոչ, սակայն ներկայացված ցանկում նման բիզնես–վայր չգտանք: Չի բացառվում, որ առևտրի ու ժամանցի համար նախատեսված այդ ստորգետնյա վայրը գրանցված է այլ հասցեում, և այդ պատճառով հնարավոր չէր եղել գտնել «Տաշիր սթրիթի» անունը: Այս և այլ հարցերի պատասխանը ստանալու համար «Փաստ»–ը գրավոր կդիմի ԱԻՆ, որի պատասխանը կրկին կներկայացնի հանրությանը:

Իսկ մինչ այդ, հարգելի՛ սպառողներ, զգոն եղեք, և նախքան «գլամուրային» գետնանցումների խանութներից ու «ծառայություններից» օգտվելը հիշեք, որ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ունեցող վաճառասրահներից օգտվելը կարևոր է: Եվ զգոն եղեք, քանի որ, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, փորձանքը մեկ անգամ է լինում: Ու երբ այդ ժամանակը համընկնում է տնտեսվարողների՝ մի քիչ գումար խնայելու համար օդափոխության կամ անվտանգության համակարգերը չմիացնելու ցանկության հետ, ապա համոզված եղեք, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակների դեպքում նման տեղերից անվնաս դուրս գալը կարող է հեքիաթ թվալ:
