SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվել փետրվարի 18-ին Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոնից Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին հայտնած տեղեկատվության փաստով: Ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում նշված բժշկական կենտրոնից Սևանի Ոստիկանություն հայտնել են, որ Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության թիվ 63 բրիգադը «թունավորում անհայտ էթոլոգիայի» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Հիվանդանոց է մեկնել Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապեոտ Վիգեն Աղեկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 44-ամյա Միսակ Կարապետյանն է, ով բժիշկներին հայտնել է, որ ինքը նախօրդ օրը գտնվել է Սևան քաղաքում, որտեղ իր ինքնազգացողութունը վատացել է:

Ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում պարզվել է, որ փետրվարի 17-ին ժամը 19:30-ից մինչև 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցից Մ. Կարապետյանը իր կողմից վարած Toyota մակնիշի 35 DT 970 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով իրեն անծանոթ 2 քաղաքացիների պետք է տեղափոխեր քաղաք Մարտունի:

Մ. Կարապետյանը Toyota ավտոմեքենան շահագործում է որպես տաքսի: Հասնելով Աբովյանի «գաի պոստի» մոտ, ուղևորները պահանջել են, որպեսզի նա ավտոմեքենան կայանի «գաի պոստի» հարևանությամբ գտնվող «ԳԱԻ-մարկետ» կոչվող խանութի մոտ:

Դրանից հետո ուղևորներից մեկը նշված խանութի դիմաց տեղադրված սուրճի սարքից իրեն սուրճ է հյուրասիրել, որը ինքը խմել է և շարունակել են ճանապարհը դեպի Գեղարքունիքի մարզ: Հասնելով Չայնիի կոչվող ոլորաններ, իր ինքնազգացողությունը կտրուկ վատացել է և ավտոմեքենան կայանել է ճանապարհի աջ երթևեկելի գոտում, որտեղ էլ կորցրել է գիտակցությունը:
