Բաքուն սպառնում է Նախիջևանից հարվածել Երևանին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անցած գրեթե ողջ շաբաթ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները «ցնծում» էին` Ադրբեջանը կարող է Նախիջևանից հարվածել Երևանին, Երևանը խուճապի մեջ է: Ադրբեջանական հերթական տրագիկոմեդիան սկիզբ առավ այն բանից, երբ Նախիջևանում նոր զորամասի բացման ժամանակ ցուցադրվեցին մի քանի զինատեսակներ, այդ թվում` T–300 Kasirga համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգեր (Ադրբեջանը դրանք ձեռք է բերել Թուրքիայից):
Եկեք մի պահ ընդունենք, որ ադրբեջանցիների հերթական տեղեկատվական ֆարսն իրականություն է: Ի՞նչ կարող է լինել:
Այս պահին Նախիջևանում տեղակայված են «Սմերչ» ՀԿՌՀ–ի առնվազն մեկ դիվիզիա (առավելագույն հեռահարությունը 90 կմ) և T–300 Kasirga համակարգի որոշակի քանակություն (առավելագույն հեռահարությունը 100–120 կմ` կախված կիրառվող հրթիռից): Այդ համակարգերը, իհարկե, թույլ են տալիս հարվածել Երևանին: Սակայն դրա համար պետք է գտնվել Հայաստանի հետ սահմանից մոտ 20–25 կմ հեռավորության վրա: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը տիրապետում է գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող բարձունքների (հատկապես այն բանից հետո, երբ մոտ 2 տարի առաջ հայկական հատուկ ջոկատայիններն զբաղեցրին չեզոք գոտին), որտեղից ինչպես ափի մեջ երևում է Նախիջևանի մեծ մասը, հակառակորդի արձակման կայանները կարող են հայտնվել հայկական հրետանու պատասխան հարվածի ներքո:
Բացի այդ, պատերազմում միշտ գործում է «ակն ընդ ական, ատամն ընդ ատաման» սկզբունքը: Ուստի Երևանին հարվածելը կհանգեցնի Բաքվին հարվածելուն: Հայաստանը նման գործողության դիմելու հնարավորություն ունի` այդ խնդիրը հեշտորեն կլուծեն «Իսկանդեր» և Р–17 «Էլբրուս» համակարգերը: Ընդ որում, եթե Երևանում առանցքային թիրախներ գրեթե չկան, ապա Բաքվում դրանք ավելի քան շատ են: Բաքվում է գտնվում երկրի միակ նավթային տերմինալը, որը նավթ է մղում դեպի արտահանման ենթակա նավթատարներ, իսկ ոչ այնքան հեռու բուն նավթահորերն են և այլն: Ու թե Ադրբեջանի ինչի՞ն է պետք նման ռիսկի գնալը հանուն մի քանի տասնյակ կամ հարյուրավոր խաղաղ երևանցիների զոհվելու, հասկանալի չէ:
Բացի այդ, ինչպես արդեն ասացինք, հայկական կողմը Նախիջևանի հետ սահմանին զբաղեցնում է գերիշխող դիրք ունցող բարձունքներ: Իսկ բուն Նախիջևանը մնացյալ Ադրբեջանի հետ ցամաքային ուղղակի կապ չունի: Ավիացիայի միջոցով սպառազինություն մատակարարելը չափազանց ծախսատար և բարդ գործ է: Բացի այդ, որոշ լուրերի համաձայն, Նախիջևանի օդային տարածքն ամբողջովին վերահսկում է Թուրքիան, որը դժվար թե ցանկանա ներքաշվել ևս մեկ ռազմական գործողության մեջ (Անկարային ակնհայտորեն հերիք են սիրիական թնջուկը և իր տարածքում քրդերի դեմ քաղաքացիական պատերազմը):
Նման պայմաններում այդ ուղղությամբ պատերազմ սկսելը պարզապես անմտություն է: Երևանին հարվածելը (ինչի հնարավորությունը Բաքուն ունի արդեն մի քանի տարի) հնարավորություն կընձեռի հենց Երևանին:
Ուստի պետք է եզրակացնել, որ Նախիջևանից Երևանին հարվածելու տեղեկատվությունը Բաքվի` ներքին քարոզչության համար արված հերթական զառանցանքն է:
