Լեպսն ու հայազգի Ռոբսոնը նույն քրեական «Բրատսկի կրուգ»-ում են

2017-ի վերջին ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանությունները թարմացրեցին իրենց կողմից ստեղծված «Բրատսկի կրուգ» հիպոթետիկ քրեական կազմակերպության անդամների ցանկը, որը միավորում է տիտղոսակիր գողերին եւ նրանց մտերիմ շրջապատին: Նոր ցանկում հայտնվեց հայազգի քրեական հեղինակություն Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը՝ Ռոբսոնը: Որոշակի կասկածների տեղիք է տալիս նաեւ այդ ցանկից երգիչ Գրիգորի Լեպսի աննկատ անհետացումը:

«Բրատսկի կրուգ»-ի մասին իրենց առաջին դիտարկումներն ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանություններն արել են 2013 թվականին: Նրանք հայտնել են 22 քրեական հեղինակության անուն: Ինչպես ներկայացնում է ԱՄՆ-ի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը, քրեական կազմակերպության խնդիրն է՝ լուծել հանցագործ ցանցերի միջեւ տեղի ունեցող տարակարծությունները, հարթել վեճերը:

2013-ի քրեական կազմակերպությունը բաղկացած էր 2 մակարդակից. առաջինում ՝ 9 եւ երկրորդում՝ 13 օրենքով գող էր ընդգրկված: Վերնախավում էին 8 օրենքով գող, մեկը՝ գործարար:

Ըստ ԱՄՆ-ի իրավապահների՝ 2013-ի «Բրատսկի կրուգ»-ում էր նաեւ Գրիգորի Լեպսը, որը մտերիմ էր օրենքով գող Լեոնտեւի հետ: Վերջինս պատասխանատում էր «անհրաժեշտ վկայականների տրամադրման» եւ Աֆրիկայի «բիզնես»-ի զարգացման համար, իսկ Լեպսը համարվում է նույն բանդայի կեղտոտ փողերի փոխադրողը:

Սակայն 2017-ին Brothers' Circle-ի նախկին 5 լիդերին ԱՄՆ իրավապահներն ավելացրել են եւս 2 անուն՝ հայտնի օրենքով գողեր Տյուրիկը եւ Պիչուգան: Այսպիսով՝ իրավապահների տվյալներով, «կրուգի» վերախավի առաջնորդների թիվը 7-ն է: Նրանց մերձավոր շրջապատից խմբին միացել են 3 անդամ՝ Գաֆուր Ռախիմովը եւ երկու նոր ֆիգուրանտ՝ Ալիմժան Տողտախունովը եւ Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը՝ Ռոբսոնը:

«Կրուգ»-ի բոլոր 10 անդամի նկատմամբ այժմ գործում են ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից հայտարարված սանկցիաները: ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքացիներին արգելված է նրանց հետ բիզնես վարել, բոլորի մուտքն երկիր արգելված է, իսկ նրանց ակտիվներն ամերիկյան տարածքներում սառեցված:

«Прайм Крайм» հանդեսի խմբագիր Վիկտորիա Գաֆտերը ենթադրում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի «սեւ ցուցակի» հիմքում առաջին հերթին դրված է այն հանգամանքը, թե ով ուղղակի կապ ունի թմրանյութերի բիզնեսի հետ, ինչպես նաեւ թե կրիմինալ օլիգարխներից ու «միլիարդատերերի ակումբ»-ի անդամներից ում անուններն են ամենից շատ հայտնվել մեդիա դաշտում:

Նույն Գեֆտերի կարծիքով, ամերիկյան սանկցիաները «ոչ տաք, ոչ սառն են» քրեական հեղինակությունների համար: Նման միտք հայտնեց նաեւ Ռոբսոնը ՝ Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը, ԶԼՄ-ների հետ զրույցում: Իրականում օրենքով գողերին այժմ միայն հուզում են գործերը Ռուսաստանի տարածքում:
