Շղարշիկում մաշված խողովակներից են ջուր ստանում. դժգոհություն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արագածոտնի մարզի Շղարշիկ համայնքում խմելու ջրի հարցն այդպես էլ լուծում չի ստանում: Ջրի ներքին ցանցը 50–ականներին է կառուցվել: Ժանգոտած և քայքայված խողովակներով, ըստ բնակիչների, որդեր և այլ մանրէներ են ջրի հետ թափվում: Նրանք մտավախություն ունեն, որ հնարավոր է ջրից թունավորվեն:

«Հիմա ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու, որ մենք թունավորվենք: Թող պետությունը բերի ու այս խողովակները փոխի»,– «Փաստ»–ին բողոքեցին Շղարշիկի բնակիչները:

Նրանց մատակարարվող ջուրը քլորացվում է, սանէպիդկայանը իր գործը ժամանակին կատարում է, բայց համայնքի ղեկավար Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի պնդմամբ, դրանով խնդիրը չի կարգավորվում: Այստեղ գյուղացիների և համայնքապետարանի միջոցներով ամեն տարի խողովակները վերանորոգվում են, սակայն հնամաշության պատճառով երկար չեն ծառայում:

«Վատթարագույն վիճակ է: Ցանցն ահավոր վիճակում է: Չես կարողանում մի խողովակին ձեռք տալ, անմիջապես փշրվում է: Ամեն օր վթարներ են տեղի ունենում, մենք միայն զբաղված ենք խողովակներն ամրացնելով: Ընդհանուր շատ աղետալի վիճակ է»,– ներկայացրեց նա:

Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ 50–ականների հնամաշ խողովակներով բացարձակապես չի թույլատրվում ջուր օգտագործել: Անճար գյուղացիները, սակայն, ստիպված են իրենց առողջությունը վտանգելով` ջուր խմել: Շղարշիկում մարդիկ շուտ են մահանում: Համայնքի ղեկավարն այս հանգամանքով իր մտահոգություններն է հայտնում:

«Երևի թե մեր գյուղում ամենատարեց մարդը մոտ 70 տարեկան լինի: Մարդիկ ասում են՝ ջուրն է պատճառը: Անորակ ջուրը քայքայում է առողջությունը և կյանքից շուտ են հեռանում»,– ասաց նա:

Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը 19 տարի է՝ տարբեր ատյանների դռներ է թակում՝ հնամաշ խողովակներն այդպես էլ նորով չեն փոխարինվում:

«Մեր բյուջեն փոքր է՝ 12 միլիոն, դրանով գործ անել չես կարող: Մենք նաև ոռոգման ջրի խնդիր ունենք, իսկ այստեղ առանց հող մշակելու՝ կարտոֆիլ ցանելու, մարդիկ չենք կարող «յոլա» գնալ»,– նշեց նա:

Իսկ Շղարշիկն աճող համայնք է: Համայնքի ղեկավարի փոխանցմամբ՝ 530 բնակչից 650–ն են դարձել:

«Այսպիսի համայնք երևի թե հանրապետությունում քիչ լինի, որի բնակչությունը գնալով ավելանում է: Մարդիկ իրենց հայրական տունը, գերեզմանները չեն թողնում գնում»,– ասաց նա:

Շղարշիկցիները պատկան մարմինների ուշադրությունն են հրավիրում իրենց խնդրի վրա և ակնկալում, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում խողովակները կփոխվեն՝ բնակիչների առողջությունը վտանգի տակ չի հայտնվի:
