Վահագն Աբգարյանից կաշառք վերցնելու համար կալանավորվել է Լոռու մարզի քննչական վարչության քննիչը

Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու մեղադրանքով ձերբակալված ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչը կալանավորվել է:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ի մասով: Դատարանը բավարարել է նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը»,- նշել են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Ավելի վաղ, Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ սպանություն պատվիրելու մեջ մեղադրվող Վահագն Աբգարյանի և սպանությունը կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող Վլադիմիր Դավթյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու համար պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձանցից մեկն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք, իսկ մի շարք այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, շահադիտական և անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են ծառայության շահերին հակառակ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության քննիչի որոշմամբ Կամո Փիրուզյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործից հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձանց վերաբերող մասը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ և ուղարկվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ ըստ քննչական ենթակայության՝ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
