Երևանը և Սյունիքը «գրավելու» համար Զաքիր Հասանովը հավաքում է գեներալներին

Քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովը ՊՆ-ում ծառայողական խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել են ՊՆ փոխնախարարները, գլխավոր վարչությունների պետերը, շփման գծում տեղակայված զորամասերի հրամանատարները, բանակային ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարները, ՊՆ պաշտոնյաներ և այլն։ Բացելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ պարկետային գեներալ Հասանովը «բացահայտել է» հավաքի նպատակը։

Զաքիր Հասանովը հավաքվածներին խորհուրդ է տվել ուշադրություն դարձնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ երկու օր առաջ «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցության VI համագումարում արված հայտարարություններին՝ կապված Արցախյան հիմնահարցի լուծման ադրբեջանական տեսակետի և ադրբեջանական բանակի մասին դրույթների հետ։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ Մեհրիբան խանումի ամուսինն այդ համագումարում ոչ միայն կոչ էր արել ազերիներին և հարազատ ասկյարներին ազատագրել «պատմական ադրբեջանական» Ղարաբաղը հայ գյաուրներից, այլև հայտարարել էր, որ ազերիները շատ լուրջ պետք է մտածել «պատմական ադրբեջանական» Երևանի, Սյունիքի և Սևանի ազատագրման մասին։

Հարազատ զառանցանքին և սեփական հասարակությանը ապացուցելու և համոզելու համար, որ իր խոսքերը դեմագոգիա չեն, այլ՝ իրականություն, Իլհամ բաբան հրահանգել է ՊՆ նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովին շատ արագ այս շոու-խորհրդակցությունը կազմակերպել և իր խոսքերը «նյութականացնող» իբրև թե գործեր ձեռնարկել։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի զառանցանքներին շատ դեպքերում պետք չէ ծիծաղով վերաբերվել։ Չզարմանաք, բայց պաշտոնական Բաքվի հեռահար նպատակներից է Հայաստանի կործանումը և նրա տարածքի գրավումը։

Զարմանալին այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի բռնապետի՝ Հայաստանին ներկայացված տարածքային պահանջներին մինչև հիմա պատշաճ չի արձագանքել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն։ Մեր տիտան դիվանագետները կարծում են, որ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը չարժե պատասխանել և առաջնորդվում են «Բոլորը գիտեն, թե ովքեր են հայերը և ովքեր՝ ադրբեջանցիները» կարգախոսի համաձայն։ Սակայն մերոնք մոռանում են, որ շատ դեպքերում Բաքուն տարրական գնում է իրեն ձեռնտու կարծիքները և փորձում է պատմությունը կեղծելու միջոցով ապացուցել, որ ադրբեջանցիները հնագույն ժողովուրդ են, և որ եկվոր հայերն ագրեսոր են։

Մեր դիվանագետների այս աշխատաոճը շատ սխալ է։ Մենք հիմա պետք է մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրած լինեինք և ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեինք, որ Բաքուն վարում է հայատյաց քաղաքականություն։ Ժամանակն է նաև ակտիվացնելու Ադրբեջան կոչվող պետության կազմաքանդման ծրագրերի և դրանց իրականացման եղանակների քննարկումները։ ՀԳ. Դեռևս դպրոցական նստարանից բոլորին հայտնի է հռոմեական պետական գործիչ Կատոն Ավագին վերագրվող «Կարթագենը պետք է կործանվի» արտահայտությունը։ Սենատում իր յուրաքանչյուր ելույթը նա եզրափակում էր «Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam» խոսքերով։ Մենք էլ պետք է առաջնորդվենք «Ադրբեջանը պետք է կործանվի» կարգախոսի համաձայն և նպատակային քայլեր ձեռնարկենք այն կյանքի կոչելու համար։
