«Քո ծնողը․․․»․ «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ «պարկովկի» պատճառով տաքսիստ է դանակահարվել

Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արշակ Վարդանյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Արտակ Սահակյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

38-ամյա Արտակ Սահակյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2017 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին, ժամը 20-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում Արտակ Սահակյանը Երևանի Աբովյան փողոցում գործող «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ վիճել է Սամսոն Օ.-ի հետ, վիճաբանության ընթացքում սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածել է Սամսոնին ու նրա առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառել է ծանր վնաս:

Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ Արտակ Սահակյանն իր վարձակալած «Օպել» մակնիշի մեքենայով կատարել է մասնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ: Նա հիմնականում մեքենան կայանել է Աբովյան փողոցի «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ: Այնտեղ ծանոթացել է նույն վայրում մեքենաները կայանող տաքսիստների՝ Սամսոնի ու Էդուարդի հետ:

Դեպքի օրը՝ 2017 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին, ժամը 20-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում Արսեն Սահակյանը «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ է եղել՝ իր մեքենայի կայանման տեղում: Նա դանակով մաքրել է մեքենայի մոմերը՝ «սվեչաները»:

Այդ ընթացքում նույն վայրում մեքենաները կայանելու, ուղևորներ սպասարկելու հաջորդականությունը խախտելու հարցով միմյանց հետ սկսել են վիճել վերոհիշյալ վարորդներ Էդուարդն ու Սամսոնը:

Արտակ Սահակյանը միջամտել է նրանց վեճին:

Նա վիճել է Սամսոնի հետ ու այդ վեճի ընթացքով իր ձեռքի դանակով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է Սամսոնի որովայնի շրջանին՝ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս՝ լյարդի ձախ բլթի վնասումով, արյունահոսությամբ ու հեմոռագիկ շոկով:

Դատարանում Արտակ Սահակյանն ընդունել է, որ ինքն է դանակով հարվածել տուժող Սամսոնին, բայց դա նրա առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու դիտավորությամբ չի արել:

Դեպքի պահին Սամսոնն ու Էդուարդը վիճում էին, ինքը ցանկացել է դադարեցնել այդ վեճը, միայն այդ նպատակով է միջամտել, բայց Սամսոնն իր ու Էդուարդի ծնողների հասցեին հայհոյանք է տվել: Ինքն այդ հայհոյանքը լսելով՝ զայրացել է ու անկախ իր կամքից ձեռքի դանակով, որով մինչ այդ մաքրում էր մեքենայի «սվեչաները», հարվածել է Սամսոնին:
