«Ինձ չեն ասել, որ տանում են Դուբայ ծախելու…». սեռական շահագործման զոհի կյանքը «դժոխքի» է վերածվել

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի վարույթում է Բավական Խաչատրյանի հերթական գործով բերված բողոքի քննությունը:

Գործը քննվել է Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Հովհաննես Ավագյանի նախագահությամբ:

1977 թվականին ծնված Բավականը մեկ այլ գործով, բայց նմանատիպ մեղադրանքով դեռ 2014 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին դատապարտվել էր Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից:

Ըստ այդ դատական ակտի՝ Բավականը, ներկայանալով «Աննա» անունով, ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ տարբեր բնակավայրերից հավաքագրել է երիտասարդ կանանց և ուղարկել է Դուբայ, որտեղ կազմակերպվել է նրանց սեռական շահագործումը:

Բավականը թրաֆիքինգով զբաղվող կազմակերպված մեծ խմբի անդամ է եղել՝ ըստ մեղադրանքի, այդ խմբի անդամ եղել նաև Բավականի քույր Հերիքնազը: Խումբը, ըստ դատական ակտերի, ղեկավարել է ԱՄԷ-ում բնակվող Նելլի Ն.-ն: Դուբայ ուղարկվող յուրաքանչյուր մարմնավաճառուհու համար Բավականը ստացել է 600 դոլար:

Ըստ իր հայտարարության՝ Բավական Խաչատրյանը որպես մենեջեր աշխատել է «Լիդեր» աշխատանքի տեղավորման գործակալությունում: Նեղ կացության մեջ գտնվող կանանց նա առաջարկել է «շահավետ աշխատանք»…

36-ամյա Բավական Խաչատրյանը Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատական ակտով 2014 թվականին մեղավոր է ճանաչվել թրաֆիքինգի և թրաֆիքինգի փորձի համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 132 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 34-132 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետերով, և դատապարտվել է 11 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման:

Այնուհետև Բավականին նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, համաձայն որի՝ նա 2008 թվականի փետրվարին Հրազդանում խաբեությամբ՝ Դուբայում հագուստի առևտրով համատեղ զբաղվելու կեղծ առաջարկով, բայց իրականում Դուբայում սեռական շահագործման ենթարկելու նպատակով հավաքագրել է Թագուհի Ա.-ին (անունը փոխված է):

Թագուհու անձնագրի պատճենը Բավականն ուղարկել է Դուբայ՝ Նելլի Ն.-ին, ով կազմակերպել է մուտքի հրավերը և ուղարկել Բավական Խաչատրյանին:

Վերջինս 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին Թագուհուն ճանապարհել է Թբիլիսի, որտեղից վերջինս մեկնել է Դուբայ: Երբ Թագուհին հասել է Դուբայ, Նելլի Ն.-ն Բավական Խ.-ին ուղարկել է նրա հերթական հասանելիքը՝ 600 դոլար:

Թագուհի Ա.-ն Դուբայում սեռական շահագործման է ենթարկվել մինչև 2009 թվականի մայիսի վերջը:

Ամբաստանյալ Բավական Խաչատրյանն առաջադրված մեղադրանքում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 132 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել, հրաժարվել է ցուցմունքներ տալուց:
