50/50. Գիշերային ակումբի պարուհիների ու սեփականատիրոջ համատեղ «բիզնեսը»

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Երևանում գործող գիշերային ակումբներից մեկում սեփականատերը նպաստում է պարուհիների կողմից պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելուն։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Փետրվարի 2-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում վարույթ է ընդունվել պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելուն նպաստելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը: Քրեական գործի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան, ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, որի ընթացքում ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների հետ համատեղ կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել մի շարք անձինք:

Արդյունքում` փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների տարածքում գործող գիշերային ակումբներից մեկում գիշերային շոու-ծրագրերի ներքո 6 պարուհիները մատուցում են նաև սեքսուալ բնույթի ծառայություններ, որի համար ակումբի սեփականատերը՝ Երևանի 65-ամյա բնակչուհին, ստեղծել է անհրաժեշտ պայմանները՝ նախատեսելով հարմարավետ առանձնասենյակներ։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ պարուհի-մարմնավաճառներն ակումբի նախասրահում վարձատրման շուրջ համաձայնության են եկել հաճախորդների հետ, ապա՝ նախապես պայմանավորված մասնաբաժինը՝ պահանջված գումարի կեսը, հատկացրել ակումբի տնօրենին, իսկ մնացած մասը պահել իրենց։

Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ակումբում կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում ակումբի առանձնասենյակներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է հաճախորդը՝ պարուհու հետ։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ գիշերային ակումբի սեփականատիրոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 262-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով: Վերջինս իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
