«Ալտերնատիվ» չկա. կառավարությունը շուրջ 129 միլիոնի բենզին կգնի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ոչ վաղ անցյալում կառավարության ղեկավար Կարեն Կարապետյանը Ազգային ժողովում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ անդրադարձել էր թանկացումներին: Կարեն Կարապետյանը խոսել էր մասնավորապես բենզինի, գազի ու դիզելային վառելիքի թանկացումների մասին ու սպառողներին այլընտրանքային ուղի էր ցույց տվել:

«Բենզին օգտագործողը ալտերնատիվ ունի՝ գազը: Եթե իր համար դա հարմարավետ չէ, կարող է անցնել գազի: Գազը թանկացել է, եթե չեմ սխալվում, 25 դրամով, այսօր 190–220 դրամ է, և վերականգնվել է այն գինը, որը եղել է 2015 թվականին: Լավ չի, որ գազի գինը թանկացել է, լավ կլիներ հինը մնար, բայց 190–220 դրամը նոր պահանջ չի, նոր մարտահրավեր չի շուկայում: Շուկայում այս գներով մենք ժամանակին աշխատել ենք»,– նշել էր նա:

Սակայն ի տարբերություն քաղաքացիների, կառավարության աշխատակազմը սեղմված գազով մեքենա վարելու այլընտրանք չունի:

Ֆինանսների նախարարության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գնումների պլանում կառավարության աշխատակազմը ներկայացրել է 2018 թվականի գնումների փոփոխված պլանը:

Գնումների պլանի համաձայն՝ հունվարի 29 դրությամբ կառավարության աշխատակազմը 2018 թվականին 327, 540 լիտր պրեմիում տեսակի բենզին կգնի, որի մեկ լիտրը 390 դրամ է: Պրեմիում տեսակի բենզին ձեռք բերելու համար նախատեսվում է 127740600 ՀՀ դրամ ծախսել:

Բացի այդ՝ կառավարության աշխատակազմը պատրաստվում է մեկ լիտրը 350 դրամ արժողությամբ 4650 լիտր ռեգուլյար տեսակի բենզին գնել: Ռեգուլյար տեսակի բենզին գնելու համար ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսվում է 1627500 դրամ ծախսել: Ավտոմեքենաների պահեստամասերի, ինչպես նաև անիվներ ձեռք բերելու առումով կառավարությունն այս տարի կրկին շռայլ է գտնվել:

Գնումների պլանի համաձայն՝ այս պահի դրությամբ նախատեսվում է շուրջ 5593602 ՀՀ դրամի ավտոպահեստամասեր գնել: Պահեստամասերի արժեքները տարբեր են, ամենաթանկ անիվն արժե շուրջ 73 հազար դրամ:

Իսկ անիվներ գնելու համար գնումների պլանում 6139000 ՀՀ դրամ է հատկացվել:

Անիվների գինը սկսվում է 25 հազար դրամից ու հասնում մինչև 70 հազար դրամի:

Ավտոմեքենաների վերանորոգման ծառայությունների համար էլ գնման մեկ անձից (ՄԱ) կատարվող ընթացակարգով նախատեսվում է 1891000 ՀՀ դրամ ծախսել: Մեկ այլ՝ գնանշման հարցում (ԳՀ) ընթացակարգով ավտոմեքենաների վերանորոգման ծառայությունների համար 18000000 ՀՀ դրամ է հատկացվել:

Ի թիվս այլ գնումների, կառավարության աշխատակազմը պատրաստվում է 2018 թ. «զանազան կահույք» գնել, որի ձեռքբերման համար կծախսվի 1560000 ՀՀ դրամ:
