Առաջին հերթին պետք է եռացնել ջուրը մաղադանոսի հետ միասին, այնուհետև անջատել կրակը և թողնել այդպես 3-5 րոպե։ Այժմ ավելացրեք կիտրոնի հյութ, խնձորի քացախ և խառնեք բոլոր բաղադրիչները։
