2 միլիոն դրամ` շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցների կողմից հունվարի 15–19–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, տեսչական մարմնին հանձնված վարչական վարույթի քննության, ինչպես նաև եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունների ընդունման արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է 12 իրավախախտում, որից 7–ի վերաբերյալ կատարվել է վարչական վարույթի քննություն և նշանակվել 530 հազար դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանք:

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում բնապահպանական իրավախախտման հետևանքով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի չափը կազմել է 1 միլիոն 993 հազար դրամ:

Իրավախախտումներից 10–ը վերաբերում են բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտին: Քննված վարչական վարույթներով նշանակվել է 480 հազար դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանք, հաշվարկվել՝ 1 միլիոն 993 հազար դրամի չափով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Դեպքերի մեծամասնությունը վերաբերում է ապօրինի ծառահատումներին, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել Տավուշի, Կոտայքի, Արագածոտնի ու Լոռու մարզերում: Մի դեպք վերաբերում է վառելափայտի ապօրինի տեղափոխմանը, իսկ մեկ դեպք էլ ծառերի այրմանը: Դեպքերը տեղի են ունեցել համապատասխանաբար Լոռու և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում, իսկ հասցված վնասն էլ կազմել է 172 հազար 800 և 75 հազար դրամ: Ընդ որում ծառերի այրման դեպքով, որն ըստ տեսչության՝ կանխամտածված չի եղել, նշանակվել է 100 հազար դրամ վարչական տուգանք:

Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքում տեղի է ունեցել երկու խաղողի վազի և երեք թփի հատում, որի համար նշանակվել է 50 հազար դրամի չափով վարչական տուգանք և հաշվարկվել 120 հազար դրամի չափով շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։

Մթնոլորտային օդի և ջրերի պահպանության, թափոնների տեղաբաշխման, հողերի օգտագործման և պահպանման ոլորտում արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման մեկ դեպք, որը կրկին տեղի է ունեցել Երևանում: Խոսքը գնում է առանց անթափանց ծածկոցի շինարարական աղբի տեղափոխմանը: Այս դեպքի համար նշանակվել է 50 հազար դրամ վարչական տուգանք։

Ընդերքի պահպանության ոլորտում նույնպես արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման մեկ դեպք: Արագածոտնի մարզում ապօրինի ընդերքօգտագործման դեպք է գրանցվել՝ հողատարածքից դուրս է բերվել կավաավազային խճաքարի զանգված, որի վերաբերյալ վարչական իրավախախտման վարույթը գտնվում է քննության ընթացքում:

Ըստ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայության կողմից տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ նշված ժամանակահատվածում պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվել է 581 հազար դրամ:
