Ոստիկանները «գրավել» են հոգեբուժարանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ «Փաստը» ահազանգ ստացավ այն մասին, որ թվով մոտ 20 ոստիկան այցելել է «Նորք» հոգեբուժական կենտրոն և ստուգումներ իրականացրել, չնայած հոգեբուժարանում այս պահին հիվանդներ չկան: Հիշեցնենք, որ կառավարության որոշմամբ «Նորք» և «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կենտրոններն օպտիմալացվում են, և այդ շրջանակներում որոշակի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով հիվանդները տեղափոխվել են:

Տեղեկությունը ճշտելու համար «Փաստը» կապ հաստատեց «Նորքի» հոգեբուժական կենտրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահան Սիմոնյանի հետ, ով սկզբում փորձեց հետաքրքրվել, թե ով է ահազանգել, քաղաքացինե՞րը, թե աշխատակիցները, որից հետո պատասխանեց.

«Հաճախ են ոստիկաններն այցելում հոգեբուժարան տարբեր հարցադրումներով: Դատախազությունից են գալիս, դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն իրականացնելու համար են գալիս: Դա սովորական երևույթ է, քանի որ շատ սերտ համագործակցում ենք ոստիկանության հետ: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեծ թվով ոստիկաններ այցելելուն, ապա թիվ չի հաշվառվում ոստիկանների այցի ժամանակ»,– ասաց տնօրենը:

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ հոգեբուժարանի հիվանդները դեկտեմբերի 27–ին տեղափոխվել են և հիվանդների հետ կապված որևէ հարցի պատճառով չէ, որ ոստիկաններն այցելել են կենտրոն: Ինչ վերաբերում է բուժհաստատությունների միաձուլմանը, ապա այս պահին դեռևս սպասում են, թե երբ միաձուլումը լիարժեք իր ավարտին կհասնի:

Լուրը ճշտելու համար «Փաստը» կապ հաստատեց նաև Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանի հետ: Նա «Փաստին» տեղեկացրեց, որ մեծ թվով ոստիկաններ «Մարաշ» այցելել են օրեր առաջ, հոգեբուժարանի հիվանդներին «Նուբարաշենի» հոգեբուժարան տեղափոխելու համար:

Տնօրենի ասածն ու Ահարոնյանի ներկայացրածն իրար հակասում են, բայց փաստն այն է, որ մեծ թվով ոստիկաններ երեկ մտել են հոգեբուժարան… և դուրս եկել:
