Ծառայողական մեքենաները վաճառվում են հրապարակային աճուրդներում

ՀՀ ԿԱ Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել օպտիմալացված և վարչության տնօրինությանը հանձնված՝ օտարման ենթակա տրանսպորտային միջոցների պահառության և օտարման գործընթացներում ծագող խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:

«Հաշվի առնելով օպտիմալացված ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների քանակությունն ու դրանց օտարման հետ կապված փուլային աշխատանքների մեծ ծավալը` Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությունում, կառույցի ղեկավարի հրամանով, դեռևս անցալ տարվա հուլիսին հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվել, որը զբաղվում է օպտիմալացված և վարչության տնօրինությանը հանձնված՝ օտարման ենթակա տրանսպորտային միջոցների պահառության և օտարման գործընթացներում ծագող խնդիրների կարգավորմամբ: Այդ խնդիրները վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանի մշտական օրակարգում են, դրված է գոր ծընթացի թափանցիկ ու հրապարակային իրականացման, քաղաքացիներին պատշաճ ծառայութունների մատուցման խնդիրը:

Հանձնաժողովին հաջողվել է անցած կես տարում համակարգված աշխատանքով սկզբունքային շատ հարցերի լուծում տալ, իսկ այսօրվա նիստում ամփոփվել է կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքը:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Գևորգյանը ներկայացրել է օտարման ենթակա տրանսպորտային միջոցների պահառության և օտարման գործընթացներում իրականացված քայլերը, հատկապես կարևորել քաղաքացիների հետ տարվող խորհրդատվական աշխատանքը:

Յուրաքանչուր օր թեժ գծով և պատասխանատուների հեռախոսահամարներով ստացվել է շուրջ 30 զանգ: Հարյուրավոր մարդիկ այցելել ու շարունակում են այցելել Վարչություն, Աճուրդի ու պահառության կենտրոններ՝ հետաքրքրող հարցերին տեղում պատասխան ստանալու նպատակով:

Հանձնաժողովի անդամները հրապարակային աճուրդների օրերին ևս տեղում են, քաղաքացիների կողքին:

Այս ընթացքում համագործակցությունը սերտ է նաև ոստիկանության հաշվառման բաժինների հետ, ըստ անհրաժեշտութան միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվում գնորդների մոտ ծագող խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար:

Հանձնաժողովը կշարունակի աշխատանքը՝ քանի դեռ անհրաժեշտությունը կա:

ՀՀ կառավարության 5 որոշումներով սահմանված՝ 464 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցներից Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետի կողմից առայսօր հաստատվել է շարժական գույքի աճուրդով оտարման վերաբերյալ 17 հրաման, որոնցով 385 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոց և 3 միավոր կցասարքեր ներկայացվել են օտարման, վաճառվել է 144-ը, վաճառքի գումարը կազմել է 37 508 269 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ներկայացված տրանսպորտային միջոցների 43 տոկոսը վաճառվել է առաջին աճուրդում՝ մրցակցային դաշտում: Վաճառքի կատարման տոկոսը գնահատված արժեքի համեմատ կազմում է 112 տոկոս, առաջիկայում ևս 28 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոց կներկայացվի աճուրդի:

Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցները տարբեր մեկնաբանություններով պարբերաբար անդրադառնում են նաև առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին, վարչապետերի և այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների սպասարկած ծառայողական ավտոմեքենային, ինչի վերաբերյալ տեղեկացնում ենք.

1982թ. արտադրության Mercedes-Benz 500 SEL մակնիշի տրանսպորտային միջոցը առայժմ չի գնահատվել, քանի որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նմանատիպ (զրահապատ) մեքենաների երկրորդային շուկա գոյություն չունի,որտեղից էլ հնարավոր լինի ձեռք բերել բավարար և հավաստի համեմատական տվյալներ: Ներկա պահին ուսումնասիրվում է ԱՊՀ երկրների նմանատիպ մեքենաների երկրորդային շուկան՝ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները ձեռք բերելու նպատակով:

Հաշվի առնելով տվյալ մեքենայի եզակիությունը, միաժամանակ քննարկվում է արժեքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու համար անմիջապես արտադրողին դիմելու հարցը»:
