«Ռուզաննային պետք է ազատեն, նա չի նստելու, նա երկար չի կարող լռի, այնտեղ ուրիշ մարդիկ են եղել». Սպանված Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի եղբայրը պնդում է, որ իր մոտ ուշագրավ ձայնագրություններ կան

Արմավիրի մարզպետի նախկին խորհրդական Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի եղբայր Արամ Սիմոնյանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ իր հարսը՝ Ռուզաննա Մկրտչյանը, չի սպանել իր եղբորը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Մանուկ Սիմոնյանի սպանության գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան: Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նրա կնոջը՝ Ռուզաննա Մկրտչյանին: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկել` սպանել է ամուսնուն` Մանուկ Սիմոնյանին:

Օրերս 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Ռ. Մկրտչյանի փաստաբանը՝ Նաիրա Պետրոսյանը, խոսել էր բռնությունների մի քանի դեպքերի մասին, որոնք Մ. Սիմոնյանը կատարել է իր կնոջ նկատմամբ տարիների ընթացքում:

«Կարող եմ ասել՝ այդ արարքը, որ ինքը կատարել է, տարիների ընթացքում առաջացած նվաստացումների, խոշտանգումների հետևանքով է: Որպես իր պաշտպան՝ կարող եմ հաստատել այն փաստը, որ, թեև եզրակացության այդ մասը բաց է մնացել, բայց ինքն այդ արարքը կատարել է հոգեկան խիստ հուզմունքի վիճակում: Այսինքն՝ տարիներ շարունակ նվաստացել է, ո՞նց եք կարծում, եթե մարդու ատամը քաշում են, այդ պայմաններում ցանկացած կին, բնականաբար, այդ քայլին կգնար: Ես գտնում եմ՝ իմ պաշտպանյալը հոգեկան խիստ ծանր վիճակում է գտնվել ու ստիպված է այդ քայլն արել: Ես դա ոչ թե սպանություն եմ դիտարկում, այլ այդ հոգեկան խիստ վիճակի արդյունքում ենթադրաբար կատարված արարք»,- նշել էր Ն. Պետրոսյանը:

Նա նաև պատմել էր, որ Ռ. Մկրտչյանը բազմիցս փորձել է ամուսնալուծվել, սակայն Մ. Սիմոնյանը սպառնացել է սպանել իրենց որդուն:

Մ. Սիմոնյանի եղբայրը՝ Ա. Սիմոնյանը, 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում մի շարք ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ արեց:

Նախ, նա ասաց, որ բռնությունների մասին խոսք լինել չէր կարող, գուցե եղել են լեզվակռիվներ, բայց ոչ այնպիսի բռնություններ, ինչպիսիք ներկայացնում է փաստաբանը.

«Այդ իրավապաշտպանի ասածը, որ ատամը քաշել է, երևի բոլորին էլ կզարմացներ, թե ինչի՞ ականջը չի քաշել, այլ ատամն է քաշել: Հիմա, որ ինքն ասում է՝ ատամն է քաշել, ասել է՝ որդուդ կսպանեմ և այլն, դրանք հիմարություններ են: Ես հաստատ գիտեմ, որ հոր գաղտնիքները բացողը դավաճան է, հայրասպանությունը երբեք չի խրախուսվել մարդկության կողմից»:

Ա. Սիմոնյանը նաև մեզ հայտնեց, որ ինքն ունի շատ ուշագրավ ձայնագրություններ, որոնք նա դեռևս իրավապահներին էլ չի հանձնել: Այդ ձայնագրությունները, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, արվել են Մ. Սիմոնյանի կողմից, երբ նա և իր ընտանիքի անդամները վիճել են կամ տարբեր խոսակցություններ են ունեցել:

Ա. Սիմոնյանը եղբոր այդ քայլը պարզաբանում է նրանով, որ նա սիրում էր «անալիզներ» անել, բայց երբեք այդ ձայնագրությունները չէր օգտագործում ինչ-որ մեկին շանտաժի ենթարկելու համար:

«Ես գիտեմ, թե ինչու է Մանուկը ձայնագրել. ինքը միշտ մեծ անալիտիկ է եղել: Նա ձայնագրություններ արել է դեռ ուսանողության ժամանակից, ձայնագրում էր դասախոսի ասածը, հետո երեկոյան նստում ու անալիզի էր ենթարկում՝ ինչ ասեց և ոնց ասեց: Ռուզաննան էլ գիտեր, որ ինքը ձայնագրություն էր անում՝ հետո անալիզ անելու համար: Չկա մեկը, որ ասի՝ Մանուկն ինձ շանտաժի է ենթարկել: Եթե Նորիկը չբացեր այդ գաղտնիքները, որ ինքը ձայնագրելու հակում է ունեցել անալիզի համար, դա մինչև հիմա փակ կմնար: Ես կարող եմ մի փոքր հատված ձեզ համար միացնել, որ ասում է՝ «չեք ուզում ինձ հետ ապրել, թողեք-հեռացեք»:
