Քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Ճըվճվ Արո մականունով հայտնի Արա Վարդանյանի կինը՝ Սարգիս եւ Սերժ Վարդանյանների մայրը՝ տիկին Նարինեն, սթրեսի մեջ է: Տիկին Նարինեն այս փուլում չի ցանկանում զրուցել լրագրողների հետ: «Ինքը հիմա շատ վատ վիճակում է». համենայնդեպս, այսպես մեզ փոխանցեց նրա հարսը՝ հունվարի 8-ի ողբերգական վթարի մասնակից Սարգիս Վարդանյանի կինը՝ Ռաֆայելան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նարինե Վարդանյանի երկու որդիներն էլ այժմ գտնվում են կալանքի տակ՝ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում:

ՃՈ տեսուչների մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի մասնակից Սարգիս Վարդանյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (Ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ) եւ ՀՀ ՔՕ 244 հոդվածով (Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը թողնելը):

Ողբերգական ավտովթարը տեղի էր ունեցել հունվարի 8-ի լուսադեմին: Իրար էին բախվել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայություն իրականացնող «Toyota Corolla» մակնիշի եւ «BMW X6» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Վթարի հետեւանքով «Toyota Corolla»-ի վարորդ, ՃՈ ծառայող Արեգ Դավթյանը եւ ուղեւոր, ՃՈ ծառայող Խաչիկ Գասպարյանը մահացել են:

Դեպքի հանգամանքների եւ մեղավոր լինելու-չլինելու վերաբերյալ հարցերին Վարդանյանների ընտանիքը դեռ չի ցանկանում պատասխանել: Այսօր մեզ հաջողվեց զրուցել այժմ կալանքի տակ գտնվող Սարգիս Վադանյանի կնոջ հետ:

Ռաֆայելան մեր հարցերին ի պատասխան միայն ասաց, որ ողբերգական վթարի օրը՝ ամուսինն իր մոտ հիվանդանոցում է եղել: Ռաֆայելան հղի է, առաջնեկին են սպասում, եւ առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ում բուժում է ստանալիս եղել. «Մենակ կարող եմ ասել, որ ես իրեն այդ օրը ուղարկել եմ տուն, տանից ինձ շտապ բան պետք է բերեր, հիմա չեմ ուզում շատ մանրամասնել: Պետք է դա բերեր ինձ մոտ եւ մենք իրար հետ մնայինք հիվանդանոցում: Չի հասցրել մտնել տուն, դեպքը եղել է»,- ասաց Ռաֆայելան:

Դիտարկմանը, որ ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների՝ Սարգիս Վարդանյանն այդ օրը ընկերների հետ հավաքույթի է եղել եւ խմիչք օգտագործել, նրա կինը պատասխանեց. «Դա սուտ է, նման բան չկա, հաստատ գիտեմ, որ ինքը խմիչք չի օգտագործել, ինձ մոտ է եղել»,- ասաց Սարգիս Վարդանյանի կինը:
