Թալիշում մեկ ընտանիք մշտական բնակություն է հաստատել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ գյուղում մշտական բնակություն է հաստատել մեկ ընտանիք: Այս մասին «Փաստի»–ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Քաղաքաշինության նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Հունան Թադևոսյանը

Ամանորին թալիշցիները գյուղ են վերադարձել, տոնել Նոր տարին և Ալաշան վերադարձել: Օհանյանները, սակայն, հետ չեն գնացել, մնացել են հայրենի գյուղում:

Մոտ մեկ ամսից Հայաստանի համահայկական հիմնադրամը ավարտին կհասցնի Թալիշում անցած տարի սկսած շինարարական աշխատանքները։ Բարերար Անդրանիկ Բաղդասարյանի (ԱՄՆ) աջակցությամբ վերակառուցվում են 17 տուն, գյուղի համայնքային կենտրոնը, հանդիսությունների սրահը, հասարակական կենտրոնը:

«Որոշ առանձնատներում իրականացվում են ցանկապատման աշխատանքներ: Նաև կառուցման փուլում են ճանապարհի հենապատերը: Բոլոր տներում առկա են սանհանգույցներ, խոհանոցներ, կահավորված ննջասենյակներ և հյուրասենյակներ: Բնակարանների տեղակապումն այնպես է արված, որ հակառակորդի կողմից անտեսանելի լինեն, տներում նաև ապաստարաններ են կառուցվել»,– մանրամասնեց գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչը:

Այս պահին Թալիշում ակտիվորեն շինաշխատանքներ են կատարվում: Տաք ձմեռը նպաստում է, որ շինաշխատանքները չդադարեն:

«Դպրոցում արդեն երկրորդ հարկի վրա են աշխատում: Այս պահին մանկապարտեզի տանիքն են կառուցում, որից հետո պետք է դռներն ու լուսամուտները տեղադրվեն»,– հայտնեց նա:

Ավարտման փուլում է խմելու ջրագծի ու կոյուղու ցանցի կառուցումը: Սկսվել են նաև գյուղի գլխավոր փողոցի բարեկարգման աշխատանքները։

Հունան Թադևոսյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ վերակառուցվում է նաև գյուղի հանդիսությունների դահլիճը, որն ավերվել էր հրետակոծության հետևանքով: Շենքի հիմքերն ուժեղացվել են, տանիքի ծածկն ամբողջությամբ նորացվել է: Գյուղի վերակառուցման աշխատանքներում նաև թալիշցիներն են ներգրավված: Բնակարանաշինության երկրորդ փուլով կառուցվելու է ևս 12 տուն, որից 2–ի աշխատանքներն արդեն ընթացքի մեջ են:

Իսկ նոր ուսումնական տարում շահագործման կհանձնվեն դպրոցի և մանկապարտեզի շենքերը՝ իրենց բոլոր հարմարություններով՝ բարեկարգմամբ, գիշերային լուսավորությամբ և խաղահրապարակներով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 1–ի լույս ապրիլի 2–ի գիշերը՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին, ադրբեջանցիներին հաջողվել էր Թալիշ մտնել և ռմբակոծել տներն ու գյուղի ենթակառուցվածքները: Ադրբեջանցիները գնդակահարել էին գյուղի բնակիչներ Վալերա Խալափյանին և նրա կնոջը՝ Ռազմելային, կտրել նրանց ականջները։ Նրանք գնդակահարել էին նաև 1924 թվականին ծնված Մարուսյա Խալափյանին։ Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով Թալիշի բնակիչները տարհանվել են, գյուղն ավերվել էր: 2016 թ. հուլիսի 25–ից թալիշցիները բնակություն են հաստատել Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ալաշան ավանում: Երեխաների համար Ալաշանում բացվել է նաև դպրոց:
