Այսուհետ ՀՀ-ում 18-ից 27 տարեկան տղաներին արգելվում է լքել երկիրն առանց զինգրքույկի

ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ այսուհետ 18-ից 27 տարեկան արական սեռի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները չեն կարողանա լքել երկիրը, եթե չներկայացնեն իրենց զինվորական գրքույկը: Համապատասխան որոշումը կառավարությունն ընդունել է նոյեմբերի 2-ի նիստում: Այն ուժի մեջ է մտնում եւ սկսում է գործել միայն զորակոչի ժամանակ:
Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ին, մամուլը գրում էր, որ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում խուճապ էր, քանի որ այդ տարիքի տղաներին թույլ չէին տալիս ինքնաթիռ նստել: Այդ ընթացքում էլ ստեղծված վիճակի մասին «Արմենիա» ավիաընկերությունը հանդես էր եկել հայտարարությամբ:
«Հարգելի ուղեւորներ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության N 1386 որոշման համաձայն զորակոչից խուսափելու դեպքերը կանխելու նպատակով զորակոչի ընթացքում զորակոչային տարիքի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների հանրապետությունից մեկնումը թույլատրվում է միայն զինվորական գրքույկներում զինվորական ծառայությունն ավարտելու կամ հիվանդության պատճառով պահեստազորում գտնվելու, իսկ ամրակցման (նախնական հաշվառման) վկայականներում` պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունքից օգտվելու մասին զինվորական կոմիսարիատների համապատասխան նշումների առկայության դեպքում»,- ասված է հայտարարությունում:

ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ի որոշման 13-րդ կետի համաձայն` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենին հանձնարարվել է` զորակոչից խուսափելու դեպքերը կանխելու նպատակով զորակոչի ընթացքում ուժեղացնել վերահսկողությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանային հաղորդակցության ուղիներում և զորակոչային տարիքի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների հանրապետությունից մեկնումը թույլատրել միայն զինվորական գրքույկներում զինվորական ծառայությունն ավարտելու կամ հիվանդության պատճառով պահեստազորում գտնվելու, իսկ ամրակցման (նախնական հաշվառման) վկայականներում` պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունքից օգտվելու մասին զինվորական կոմիսարիատների համապատասխան նշումների առկայության դեպքում:
