«Ռոբսոնը»` ՍՄՆ-ի «սև ցուցակում». Թիրախը Պուտինի շրջապատի «օրենքով գողերն» են

1-in.am-ը գրում է․ 

«ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառել տաս անձի և երկու կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ, որոնք առնչվում են հանցաշխարհի հետ:

«Սև ցուցակի» «հերոսները» նախկին խորհրդային տարածքի հանցավոր աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներ են, այսպես կոչված` օրենքով գողերը, որոնց անուններն ասոցացվում են Կրեմլի, Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մերձավոր շրջապատի բիզնեսների հետ: Ցուցակում հանցավոր աշխարհում ճանաչված դեմքեր են` Զախարի Կալաշովը (Շաքրո Մոլոդոյ), Վասիլի Խրիստոֆորովը (Վոսկրես), Լաշա Շուշանաշվիլին (Լաշա Ռուստավսկի) և այլն: Ուշագրավ է, որ ցուցակում տեղ է գտել նաև հայազգի Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը` Ռոբսոնը: Ուշագրավ է, որ սահմանափակումները տարածվում են նաև Թաթուլյանին պատկանող կամ նրա կողմից վերահսկվող «Весна» հոթելի վրա, որը գտնվում է Սոչիում և «Новый Век Медиа» ընկերության վրա` գրանցված Մոսկվայում:

Սակայն հայաստանցիներիս Ռոբսոնի կերպարը հետաքրքրում է ոչ այնքան Պուտինի շրջապատի կողմից վերահսկվող կեղտոտ բիզնեսի, որքան` հայաստանյան իրողությունների համատեքստում: Նա վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հույսերից մեկն է, նրա ու ռուսաստանահայ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ստեղծած Ներդրողների ակումբի անդամը: Կարճ ասած` Կարեն Կարապետյանը հույս ունի Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը վերականգնել Ռոբսոնի կարգի քրեական հեղինակությունների շնորհիվ: Ռոբսոնի և մյուսների ներդրումները մենք այդպես էլ չտեսանք, սակայն Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանի վարքագծի պատճառով Հայաստանն որերորդ անգամ հեղինակազրկվում է, անուղղակիորեն հարված է հասցվում մեր երկրի միջազգային վարկին: Ռոբսոնն առաջին անգամ միջազգային սկանդալի կիզակետում հայտնվեց գարնանը, երբ Չեխիայում ձերբակալվեց կրիմինալ գործունեություն ծավալելու մեղադրանքով: Ռոբսոնին այն ժամանակ, ըստ ամենայնի, փրկեց Հայաստանի տված դիվանագիտական անձնագիրը, որը փաստորեն պաշտպանական վահան դարձավ կրիմինալի համար: Նողկալի էր տեսնել, թե ինչպես է Կարեն Կարապետյանի շրջապատը սատարում Ռոբսոնին` այդ «ազնիվ» գործարարին ու ներդրողին:
