Սիրելի՛ մարտական ընկերներ,

հարգելի՛ ռազմական հետախույզներ

  Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ հետախույզի օրվա առթիվ։

  Ռազմական հետախուզությունը Զինված ուժերի աչքերն ու ականջներն են, պետության ազգային անվտանգության կարևորագույն հիմնասյուներից մեկը։ Ձեր աշխատանքի արհեստավարժությունից, օպերատիվությունից և ճշգրտությունից մեծապես կախված են կարևորագույն որոշումների կայացումը, մարտական խնդիրների կատարման հաջողությունը և, ամենակարևորը, մեր զինծառայողների կյանքը։

  Ինձ համար այս տոնն առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի։ Իմ կյանքի ավելի քան տասը տարին անքակտելիորեն կապված է եղել ռազմական հետախուզության հետ, և ես պատիվ եմ ունեցել ղեկավարելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի հետախուզության վարչությունը։ Դրանք լարված ծառայության, դժվարին փորձությունների, պատասխանատու որոշումների և մարտական աշխատանքի տարիներ էին։ Այդ ընթացքում իմ կողքին ծառայել են մարդիկ, որոնց համար զինվորական պարտքը, պատիվը, արհեստավարժությունն ու Հայրենիքին նվիրվածությունը միշտ վեր են եղել ամեն ինչից։

  Առանձնահատուկ ջերմությամբ և հպարտությամբ եմ հիշում բոլոր նրանց, ում հետ անցել եմ այդ ճանապարհը, ովքեր արժանապատվորեն կատարել են իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները ամենաբարդ ժամանակահատվածներում, այդ թվում՝ 2016 և 2020 թվականների մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում։ Ես հպարտանում եմ Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրով և շնորհակալ եմ ճակատագրին՝ նման մարդկանց կողքին ծառայելու հնարավորության համար։

  Այսօր ցանկանում եմ իմ անկեղծ երախտագիտությունը հայտնել բոլոր ռազմական հետախույզներին, ովքեր շարունակում են իրենց դժվարին ծառայությունը, մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնում, ծառայություն են կատարում առաջնագծում և ամեն օր իրենց ներդրումն ունենում մեր երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման գործում։ Ձեր աշխատանքի հիմքում ոչ միայն արհեստավարժությունն ու պատասխանատվությունն են, այլև քաջությունը, տոկունությունը, անձնազոհությունն ու առաջադրված խնդիրը կատարելու համար սեփական կյանքը վտանգելու պատրաստակամությունը։

  Առանձնահատուկ խոսքեր՝ նրանց մասին, ովքեր հանուն Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության իրենց ամենաթանկը՝ կյանքն են զոհել։ Հավերժ փառք և խոնարհում զոհված ռազմական հետախույզներին։ Նրանց անունները, սխրանքներն ու զինվորական պարտքին նվիրվածությունը հավերժ կմնան մեր հիշողության մեջ։ Մենք պարտավոր ենք հիշել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրին։

  Սիրելի՛ ընկերներ, սրտանց մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն, ուժ ու կորով, անսասան կամք, ծառայակիցների վստահությունն ու աջակցությունը և հաջողություններ Ձեր պատասխանատու ծառայության մեջ։ Թող Աստված պահապան լինի Ձեզ, թող Ձեր հարազատներն ու մտերիմները միշտ անհամբերությամբ սպասեն Ձեր վերադարձին, և թող խաղաղություն տիրի մեր Հայրենիքում՝ Հայաստանում։
