Արտակարգ ու ողբերգական դեպք Երևանում. Վարդանանց 28 շենքի բակում հայտնաբերվել է սրտին ստացած դանակի հարվածից երիտասարդի դի և կա 1 վիրավոր. ԼՐԱՑՎԱԾ (Ֆոտո, տեսանյութ)

Քիչ առաջ արտակարգ ու ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Վարդանանց 28 շենքի բակում երիտասարդ տղայի դի կա։ Այս պահին նշված վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Տեղում են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ բաժնի պետ Վիգեն Մեսրոպյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Մահացածը երիտասարդ տղա է, ով գետնին է և սպասում են դատաբժշկի ժամանմանը։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են երիտասարդ տղայի մահվան հանգամանքները և նրա ինքնությունը։ 

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ երիտասարդ տղան մահացել է դանակի հարվածից կամ հարվածներից, սակայն դա պարզ կլինի դատաբժշկի զննումից հետո։ 

Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ 1 հոգի էլ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց։ 

Քիչ առաջ դեպքի վայր ժամանեցին նաև Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Արտակ Պողոսյանը և քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Գարիկ Ղուկասյանը։

Քիչ առաջ դատաբժիշկը, զննելով դին, ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնեց, որ երիտասարդը մահացել է սրտին ստացած սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայի հարվածից։ Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնի պետ Վ. Մեսրոպյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ և այս պահին ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչներ Վարդան Բադալյանի և Վլադիմիր Ասատրյանի կողմից կատարվում է դեպքի վայրի զննություն։ Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշով։ Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ դեպքի վայր է ժամանել Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազ Արմեն Աֆանդյանը։
