Կարիերայի առաջին քայլերը՝ IDBank-ի հետ․ մեկնարկել է IDream-ի 16-րդ շրջափուլը

Մեկնարկել է IDBank-ի IDream ուսումնական ծրագրի 16-րդ շրջափուլը՝ 35 մասնակցի հնարավորություն ընձեռելով ձեռք բերել բանկային ոլորտում աշխատելու համար անհրաժեշտ տեսական գիտելիքներ և գործնական հմտություններ։

IDBank-ը IDream ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է վեց տարի առաջ՝ ուսանողների և նորավարտների համար բանկային ոլորտում կարիերա սկսելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելու նպատակով։ Ծրագրի ավելի քան 200 շրջանավարտ արդեն միացել է Բանկի թիմին։ 

«Ուրախ ենք, որ IDream-ի միջոցով ուսանողները հնարավորություն են ստանում իրենց կարիերան սկսել բանկային ոլորտում։ Ծրագրի շրջանակում Բանկի փորձառու մասնագետներն ու ղեկավարները նրանց փոխանցում են ինչպես տեսական գիտելիքներ, այնպես էլ գործնական փորձ։ Ուսանողները երկու ամսվա ընթացքում կստանան նաև կրթաթոշակ։ Ծրագրի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը տարեցտարի աճում է․ այս տարի ստացել ենք շուրջ 700 դիմում», – ասաց IDBank-ի մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման տնօրեն Սոնա Մանուչարյանը։

Առաջիկա երկու ամիսների ընթացքում ուսանողները կծանոթանան Բանկի գործունեությանը, կառուցվածքին և պրոդուկտներին, ապա գործնական ուսուցում կանցնեն մասնաճյուղերում և Կոնտակտային կենտրոնում։ Ծրագրի ավարտին լավագույն արդյունքներ ցուցաբերած մասնակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան միանալու Բանկի թիմին։

«Մասնաճյուղային ցանցում աշխատում են մասնագետներ, որոնք իրենց կարիերան սկսել են IDream ծրագրից և այսօր ղեկավար պաշտոններ են զբաղեցնում։ Նրանց փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ ծրագիրը կարող է դառնալ երկարաժամկետ մասնագիտական զարգացման մեկնարկային կետ»,- նշեց IDBank-ի վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ, IDream ծրագրի դասընթացավար Սմբատ Ավագյանը։

Բանկային աշխատանքի մեկ այլ կարևոր ուղղություն է հաճախորդների հետ հեռավար հաղորդակցումը կոնտակտային կենտրոնում։ Հենց այստեղ են շատ ուսանողներ ամբողջապես ծանոթանում բանկային պրոդուկտներին, սպասարկման գործընթացներին և տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների համագործակցությանը․ 

«Կոնտակտային կենտրոնում աշխատանքը լավ հնարավորություն է ուսանողների և բանկային ոլորտում փորձ չունեցող մասնագետների համար՝ ծանոթանալու Բանկի հիմնական պրոդուկտներին, ծրագրերին և նախաձեռնություններին։ Ունենք բազմաթիվ հաջողված օրինակներ, երբ աշխատակիցները կարիերան սկսել են հենց Կոնտակտային կենտրոնից և հետագայում առաջադիմել Բանկում», - ասաց Բանկի Կոնտակտային կենտրոնի ղեկավար, IDream ծրագրի դասընթացավար Դավիթ Լազարյանը։
