Հայրենակիցներ, քաղաքական գործընկերներ և աջակիցներ։
 
Այսօր իշխանությունը հանրային դաշտ է նետել նոր թեմա՝ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալու առաջարկով։ Մակերեսային հայացքն ու արագ պատասխանը, թվում է թե, մեկն են՝ «Այո՛, գնանք ընտրությունների»։ Սակայն եկեք մի պահ կանգ առնենք և ինքներս մեզ հարց տանք․ ում՞ օրակարգն է սա։
 
Սա նրա՛ օրակարգն է։
 
Այսօր ակնհայտ է բոլորիս համար՝ գործող իշխանությունը գտնվում է ծանրագույն քաղաքական և արտաքին պրեսինգի տակ։
 
1. Ադրբեջանից եկող անհավանական ճնշման պատասխանատուն ինքն է, որովհետև ինքն է ռազմական և քաղաքական պարտության կրողն ու մեղավորը։
 
2. Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից եկող պրեսինգի պատասխանատուն դարձյալ ինքն է, որովհետև վարել է անհեռատես, չհաշվարկված և անիմաստ արևմտամետ քայլերի քաղաքականություն՝ երկիրը կանգնեցնելով դաշնակցային ճգնաժամի առջև։
 
Եվ հիմա, հայտնվելով այս ծանրագույն օղակի մեջ, նա փորձում է փրկօղակ նետել ինքն իրեն։ Նոր ընտրությունները նրա համար ընդամենը ժամանակ շահելու, պատասխանատվությունը վերաբաշխելու և սեփական անհաջողությունները շարունակելու հնարավորություն են։ Նոր ընտրությունների համաձայնելը նշանակում է նրան տալ ևս մեկ շանս՝ երկիրը տանելու ավելի ծանր պրեսինգի տակ և տանուլ տալու վերջնականապես ամեն ինչ։
 
Ի՞նչ պետք է անենք մենք։
 
Մեր քայլերը պետք է լինեն հստակ, հաշվարկված և թուլացնեն նրա դիրքերը, այլոչ թե վերարտադրվելու կամ ձգձգելու հնարավորություն տան։
 
Մենք չպետք է խաղանք նրա կանոններով։ Մենք չպետք է մտնենք նրա առաջարկած օրակարգի մեջ։
 
Գործող վարչապետի հետ որևէ քննարկում կամ բանակցություն կարող է տեղի ունենալ բացառապես մեկ հարցի շուրջ՝ նրա անհապաղ հրաժարականի և իշխանությունից հեռանալու։
 
Այլ օրակարգ գոյություն չունի։ Երկրի առջև ծառացած աղետալի ճնշումները թոթափելու առաջին նախապայմանը այն պատճառի հեռացումն է, որը բերել է այդ ճնշումները։
 
Մեր խնդիրն է՝ կանգնեցնել այս անկումը, չտալ նրան ևս մեկ շանս և պահանջել միակ տրամաբանական լուծումը՝ հրաժարական։
