Ամուլսարը պետք է մնա սար․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Քաղաքացիներ, հայրենակիցներ,

Մենք այսօր կանգնած ենք պատմական և անդառնալի ընտրության առաջ։ Խոսքը ոչ թե հերթական տնտեսական ծրագրի կամ ներդրման մասին է, այլ մեր հողի, մեր ջրի, մեր երեխաների ապագայի և վերջապես՝ մեր արժանապատվության։

Ամուլսարը ուզում են վերածել փոշու, թույնի և հարստահարման օբյեկտի։ Մեզ փորձում են կաշառել թվերով, նետել «հինգ-վեց միլիոն դոլարի» ողորմություն, որ լռենք։ Բայց ո՞րն է գինը։ Ո՞րն է գինը, երբ վտանգվում է Սևանը՝ մեր բոլորի կյանքի աղբյուրը։ Երբ սնդիկն ու ցիանիդը լցվեն Արփա ու Որոտան, երբ թթվային դրենաժը քայքայի մեր լեռները, ո՞ւր են գնալու այդ միլիոնները։ Ո՞ւմ ենք ծախելու մեր առողջությունը։

Ամենազզվելին, սակայն, այս ամենում ոչ թե գործարանատերերի անհագուրդ ագահությունն է, այլ նախկին «էկոակտիվիստների» դավաճանությունը։

Ո՞ւր են նրանք հիմա։ Ո՞ւր են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր տարիներ առաջ կրծքով պաշտպանում էին Ջերմուկը, փակում էին ճանապարհները, պղտոր ջրի դեմ գոռում էին հրապարակներում։ Հենց որ այդ նույն մարդիկ իշխանական աթոռներ զավթեցին, հենց որ մտան կաբինետներ ու նստեցին մաշկային փափուկ բազկաթոռներին, մոռացան ամեն ինչ։ Բնապահպանական պայքարը դարձավ «պետական շահ», իսկ Ամուլսարի թույնը՝ «ներդրումային անհրաժեշտություն»։

Նրանք ուրացան իրենց անցյալը, դավաճանեցին այն հազարավոր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր հավատացել էին իրենց։ Այսօր այդ նույն նախկին ակտիվիստները Կառավարության կոմիսարների դերում լռեցնում են համայնքներին, ջարդում են մարդկանց դիմադրությունը և սպասարկում օտարերկրյա հանքարդյունաբերական շահերը։ Սա սովորական քաղաքականություն չէ, սա մեր հայրենիքի և սկզբունքների դասական վաճառք է։

Բայց մենք չենք լռելու։ Մենք թույլ չենք տալու, որ միլիոնավոր դոլարների խոստումներով մեր հողը դարձնեն անապատ։

Թող լսեն բոլորը՝ կաբինետներում նստած նախկին «ակտիվիստները» և հանքարդյունաբերողները. Ամուլսարը պետք է մնա սար։ Մենք մեր սարը չենք տալու ոչ մեկին՝ ոչ ագահներին, և ոչ էլ աթոռի համար սկզբունքները ծախածներին։
