«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդի հայտարարությունը՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմի վեցերորդ տարելիցի առիթով

Եղբայրներ և քույրեր, սիրելի՜ հայեր

2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմը դարձավ հայ ժողովրդի նորագույն պատմության ամենաողբերգական էջերից մեկը։ Այն խլեց հազարավոր երիտասարդների կյանքեր, ընդմիշտ փոխեց բազմաթիվ ընտանիքների ճակատագրեր և ծանրագույն փորձություն դարձավ ողջ ժողովրդի համար։

Ռազմական գործողությունների առաջին իսկ ժամերից Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի զինծառայողները ցուցաբերեցին խիզախություն, տոկունություն և անձնազոհություն՝ մինչև վերջ պաշտպանելով իրենց Հայրենիքը։

Այդ պատերազմի գլխավոր դասն այն է, որ ձեռք բերված հաղթանակներն անհնար է պահպանել առանց ուժեղ պետության և նրա պաշտպանունակության մշտական ամրապնդման։ Տարիներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն մեծացրել է իր ռազմական ներուժը, մինչդեռ հայկական կողմը չկարողացավ ժամանակին և լիարժեք արձագանքել նոր մարտահրավերներին։

2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան իրադարձությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ 2020 թվականի ողբերգությունը փորձությունների ավարտը չէր։ Հետագա ռազմական գործողությունը հանգեցրեց Արցախի գոյության դադարեցմանը և ավելի քան 120 հազար հայերի հարկադիր տեղահանմանը։

Այսօր մեր պարտքն է ոչ միայն սգալ անցյալի կորուստները, այլև դասեր քաղել դրանցից։ Ուժեղ և անվտանգ Հայաստան հնարավոր է միայն պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի, արդյունավետ պետական ինստիտուտների և ռազմավարական մտածողության պայմաններում։

Նույնիսկ ամենածանր ժամանակներում մենք չպետք է կորցնենք հավատը մեր ուժերի նկատմամբ։ Հայաստանի ապագան կախված է մեր միասնությունից, պետական հզորության վերականգնումից ու ազգային անվտանգության ամրապնդումից։

Ես խոնարհվում եմ Հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած բոլոր նահատակների լուսավոր հիշատակի առջև։ Մեր աղոթքներն ու համերաշխությունը՝ նրանց ընտանիքներին, շուտափույթ ապաքինման մաղթանքները՝ վիրավորներին, և հույսը՝ բոլոր գերիների վերադարձի համար։ Անհայտ կորածների ճակատագիրը պետք է պարզվի, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր զոհի հիշատակը՝ պահպանվի։

Հանուն ուժեղ և անվտանգ Հայաստանի, հանուն ազգային հիշողության և ապագա սերունդների՝ մենք պարտավոր ենք առաջ շարժվել վստահ, գիտակցված և հետևողական։


Զոհվածների հիշատակը պետք է դառնա մեր ուժի աղբյուրը, իսկ անցյալի դասերը՝ ամուր, կայուն և իր քաղաքացիներին պաշտպանելու ունակ պետություն կառուցելու հիմքը։
