Հրաշամանուկ Վիգենը

Այսօր կխոսենք թերևս ամենաշատ քննարկվող գործիչներից մեկի մասին, որի անունն է Վիգեն Սարգսյան: Նրան Պաշտպանության նախարար նշանակելիս պարուրեցին բարի իմիջով և հրաշամանուկի կերպարով, թե տեսեք-տեսեք, ամերիկաներում սովորած, ինչ պուպուշ գործիչ ենք բերում: Սակայն պարզվեց, որ ինչպես միշտ, մեզանում իրականությունը բոլորովին այլ է: Գանք հերթով և հեռվից:

Ոչ մեկի մոտ կասկած չհարուցեց, որ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի հայտնի ու սկանդալային բացահայտումներն ուղղված էին հենց Վիգեն Սարգսյանի դեմ: Իհարկե, ՊՆ մամլո խոսնակը չքմեղացավ ու սկսեց հիշեցնել Քրեական օրենսգրքի որոշակի հոդվածներ, սակայն դա արդեն էական չէ: Իսկ այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ հետո, շատ հուզիչ էր: ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պահանջեց, որպեսզի Հանրապետական Զինվորական Կոմիսարը ներկայացնի Վիգեն Սարգսյանին վերաբերվող գործը: Ի՞նչ հոդվածներով է ազատվել, այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվել, որ զորակոչվելու ենթակա քաղաքացին մի քանի տարբեր կրթություններ է ստանում և այլն: Պարզվեց, որ այդ գործը չկա: Պարզապես չկա, Պիոս Երկրորդ պապի աղոթքների շնոհիվ, այն պարզապես երկինք է համբարձվել: Իսկ սովորական գործերն այդպես չեն ոչնչանում հարգելիներս: Եկեք Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հասակակիցներից ևս մի քանի մարդու գործ ուզենք, տեսնենք դրանք նույնպե՞ս երկինք են համբարձվել, թե երջանիկ պատահականությամբ, միայն Սարգսյանի անձնական գործի հետ է դա կատարվել: Երեխա չենք և հասկանում ենք, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունեցել:

Գալով նախարար, նա ինչո՞վ հռչակվեց: Առաջ քաշեց հազար դրամների մուրացկան ծրագիրը: Հասկանում ենք, որ մեխն ու մուրճը հանրապետականի ձեռքում է, սակայն այսքան մուրացիկ և միևնույն ժամանակ կացնային քաղաքականություն պետք չէ վարել: Պարզապես խայտառակվում ենք ամբողջ աշխարհով և դա շնորհիվ արևմտյան բարձր կրթություն ստացած նախարարի: 1000 դրամի օրենքն ինքնին հակասահմանադրական էր: Սակայն ինչպես մնացյալ դեպքերում, այնպես էլ այս պարագայում, նա թքած ունի Սահմանադրության վրա: Ի դեպ, քանի խոսք գնաց, ասենք՝ այս գործիչն ընդհանրապես Սահմանադրություն չի սիրում: Չի կարդում կամ կարդալուց չի կիրառում: Երկու պարագան էլ նրան պատիվ չեն բերում: Որպես վառ ապացույց, նրա վերջին մտքի փայլատակումն էր, որտեղ պնդում էր, թե եկեղեցին անջատ չէ պետությունից և բանակից: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, Վիգեն Սարգսյանին արևմուտքում են նման բաներ սովորեցրել, թե ամեն դեպքում վերապատրաստումներ է անցել որևէ կրոնապետությունում:
