Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը Առաջնորդության դպրոցի մասնակիցների հետ քննարկել է ժամանակակից առաջնորդության մարտահրավերները

Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը հանդիպել է Առաջնորդության դպրոցի 2026–2027 ուսումնական տարվա մասնակիցների հետ և հանդես եկել «Առաջնորդություն․ հիմնական սկզբունքներ» թեմայով դասախոսությամբ։

Դասախոսության ընթացքում Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը խոսել է առաջնորդի դերի փոփոխության, անորոշ պայմաններում որոշումների կայացման, թիմում վստահության ձևավորման և մարդկանց ընդհանուր նպատակի շուրջ համախմբելու կարևորության մասին։ Նա անդրադարձել է նաև նրան, թե ինչպես են թվային տեխնոլոգիաներն ու արհեստական բանականությունը փոխում կառավարման մոտեցումները և ինչ նոր պահանջներ են դնում ժամանակակից առաջնորդների առջև։

«Այսօր առաջնորդից պահանջվում է շատ ավելին, քան պարզապես գործընթացներ կառավարելը։ Պետք է կարողանալ տեսնել փոփոխությունը դեռևս ձևավորման փուլում, չվախենալ վերանայել ընդունված մոտեցումները և միաժամանակ ստեղծել միջավայր, որտեղ մարդիկ պատրաստ են նախաձեռնություն վերցնել ու պատասխանատվություն կրել», — նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը մասնակիցների հետ կիսվել է իր կառավարման փորձով՝ ընդգծելով, որ տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումը փոխում է գործիքներն ու աշխատանքային գործընթացները, սակայն առաջնորդության հիմքում շարունակում են մնալ մարդիկ, պատասխանատվությունն ու վստահությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ փոփոխությունների ժամանակ հատկապես կարևոր է ոչ միայն ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնելը, այլև թիմին օգնել հասկանալու այդ որոշումների նպատակը և իր դերը ընդհանուր արդյունքի հասնելու գործում։ 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև իրական բիզնես իրավիճակներ և կառավարման ընթացքում առաջացող ընտրություններ՝ երկարաժամկետ նպատակների ու կարճաժամկետ արդյունքների, արագ որոշումների ու հաշվարկված ռիսկերի, տեխնոլոգիական արդյունավետության և մարդկային գործոնի միջև։

«Առաջնորդության դպրոցում մենք կարևորում ենք այնպիսի հանդիպումները, որոնք մասնակիցներին հնարավորություն են տալիս առաջնորդությունը տեսնել ոչ միայն տեսության, այլև իրական փորձի միջոցով։ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի հետ հանդիպումը հենց այդ հնարավորություններից մեկն էր․ նրա փորձը, մտածելակերպը և ժամանակակից կառավարման վերաբերյալ մոտեցումները կարևոր ուղերձներ են մեր նոր սերնդի առաջնորդների համար։ Այսօր, երբ միջավայրը արագ փոխվում է, հատկապես կարևոր է ձևավորել առաջնորդներ, ովքեր պատրաստ են սովորել, պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել, ընդունել փոփոխությունները և իրենց թիմերի ու հասարակության համար դրական փոփոխություն ստեղծել», - նշել է Առաջնորդության դպրոցի հիմնադիր Սամվել Մովսիսյանը։

Ucom-ը կարևորում է կրթական և մասնագիտական հարթակների հետ համագործակցությունն ու իր փորձի փոխանցումը ապագա առաջնորդներին։ Առաջնորդության դպրոց հիմնադրամը գործում է 2009 թվականից։ Կազմակերպության առաքելությունն է տեղական և միջազգային կայացած գործիչների, տեսաբանների ու կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությամբ աջակցել ապագա նորարար բիզնես առաջնորդների զարգացմանը Հարավային Կովկասի և Պարսից ծոցի ռեգիոններում:
