Սկանդալ...26-ամյա Զինան ընկերուհուն խայտառակելու համար «Ֆեյսբուքում» էջ է բացել ու պոռնո նկարներ տեղադրել

Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Հովհաննես Ավագյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Զինա Ս.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

26-ամյա Զինան, ըստ մեղադրանքի, ժամանակին Աբովյան քաղաքում վարձակալությամբ բնակվել է ծանոթուհու՝ Արմինեի հետ:

Համատեղ ապրելու ընթացքում նրանք միմյանց հետ կենցաղային խնդիրներ են ունեցել:

Զինան, ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ «վրդովված է եղել Արմինեի պահվածքից ու ցանկացել է նրա ընկերների ու հարազատների մոտ նրա բարոյական կերպարի վերաբերյալ ստեղծել բացասական կարծիք»:

2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Զինան իր անձնական դյուրակիր համակարգչով մուտք է գործել «Ֆեյսբուք», ստեղծել է Արմինեի պայմանական անունով անհատական էջ, որպես գլխավոր լուսանկարներ՝ ներբեռնել ու տեղադրել է նույն սոցիալական կայքում Արմինեի ունեցած անհատական էջում առկա լուսանկարները:

Այդ օրվանից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 24-ը Զինա Ս.-ն իր նույն համակարգչով և իր բջջային հեռախոսով համացանցի՝ քննությամբ չպարզված կայքերից ներբեռնել ու Արմինեի՝ իր սարքած կեղծ անհատական էջում տեղադրել է մի շարք էրոտիկ բնույթի ու թվով երկու հատ պոռնկագրական բնույթի լուսանկարներ, որոնք հասանելի են եղել «Ֆեյսբուքի» այլ օգտատերերի:

Սակայն Զինայի արարքը բացահայտվել է, նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել պոռնկագրական բնույթի լուսանկարներ, նյութեր տարածելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 263 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը՝ չհեռանալու մասին:

Երբ գործը մտել է դատարան, նշանակվել են դատական նիստեր, ազատության մեջ գտնվող ամբաստանյալ Զինա Ս.-ն խուսափել է դատարան ներկայանալուց, նրա գտնվելու վայրը հայտնի չի եղել:

Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի որոշմամբ փոխել է Զինա Ս.-ի խափանման միջոցը, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել կալանավորումը: Քրեական գործի վարույթը կասեցվել է, հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Զինա Ս.-ն հայտնաբերվել է հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, նույն օրն էլ տեղափոխվել է «Աբովյան» ՔԿՀ:

Դատարանի նոր որոշմամբ քրեական գործի կասեցված վարույթը վերսկսվել է:
