Ինչի՞ է ձգտում «սրտի օլիգարխ չունեցող» Փաշինյանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի անվան շուրջ շրջանառվող լուրերի թեման վերջին շրջանում դարձյալ ակտիվացել է, և մամուլում ու հանրային քննարկումներում Նալբանդյանին անընդհատ կապում են Փաշինյանի ու վերջինիս ընտանիքի հետ։ Օրերս, անդրադառնալով այս խոսակցություններին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պնդեց, թե ինքը «սրտի օլիգարխ» չունի, իսկ նման խոսակցություններն իրենց արդեն դուրս են բերում տանելիության բոլոր սահմաններից։ Նա հայտարարեց, թե հանձնարարել է իրավապահ մարմիններին վարույթներ նախաձեռնել, և եթե ստացվեն ապացույցներ, որ որևէ գործարար փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե կապ ունի իրենց ընտանիքի հետ, արձագանքը լինելու է անհամաչափ և դաժան։ Այն, որ ընդամենը 1-2 ժամ անց հայտարարվեց քրեական վարույթի մասին, որևէ մեկին չզարմացրեց, այդպես եղել է միշտ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Փաշինյանն իր խոսքում զարմանք էր հայտնել, որ ամեն անգամ նման հրապարակումներ լինելիս դրանք չեն հերքվում հենց Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի կողմից, ինչն, իր ձևակերպմամբ, իրենց ահավոր ձևով նյարդայնացնում է։ Նույն օրը Նալբանդյանը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որտեղ մասնավորաբար նշված էր. «Ես բազմիցս հերքել եմ այդ տեղեկությունները և այսօր ևս մեկ անգամ հստակ հայտարարում եմ՝ ես որևէ անձնական, ընտանեկան կամ գործարար կապեր չունեմ ոչ ներկա, ոչ նախկին, ոչ էլ որևէ քաղաքական ուժի հետ»: «Փաստը» փորձեց ուսումնասիրել, թե արդյոք Նալբանդյանը հրապարակային հերքել է այդ լուրերը, ինչպես ինքն է պնդում: Պարզվեց՝ իսկապես Փաշինյանի վերոնշյալ պնդումը բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը. Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը հրապարակայնորեն ոչ մեկ անգամ հերքել էր այդ խոսակցությունները, ինչում կարելի է համոզվել ընդամենը, ինչպես սիրում է ասել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թեթևակի «գուգլելով»։

Սակայն այստեղ խնդիրը նույնիսկ դա չէ՝ հերքվել է, չի հերքվել: Շատ ավելի էական է, որ երկրի ղեկավարի կողմից հնչող նմանատիպ հայտարարություններն ու բիզնես դաշտի հետ կապված շահարկումները չափազանց վտանգավոր ազդակներ են պարունակում ներդրումային ու բիզնես միջավայրի համար։ Ընդհանրապես, անհեռատես հայտարարությունները, ինչպես նաև գործարարների հանդեպ իրականացվող ճնշումները, մեկ անձի հրահանգով «ոտքի վրա» քրեական վարույթների նախաձեռնումները կարող են կատաստրոֆիկ հետևանքներ ունենալ տնտեսական ամբողջ շղթայի համար։

Անհիմն կասկածների, սպառնալիքների, զուտ երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի ցանկությամբ դռներ կապարակնքելու, ձերբակալությունների մթնոլորտում բիզնեսն սկսում է լարվել, կծկվել և զգուշավորություն ցուցաբերել, ինչը լուրջ հարված է հասցնում երկրի տնտեսական կայունությանն ու ներդրումային գրավչությանը։
