Հայաստանը Եվրամիությանը մոտ է առավել, քան երբևէ. Եվրահանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ

Հայաստանը Եվրամիությանը մոտ է առավել, քան երբևէ։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարկուս Լամմերտը։

«Երևանն արդեն կատարել է առաջին քայլը դեպի ԵՄ՝ ընդունելով ԵՄ–ին անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին օրինագիծը» , -նշել է նա։

Խոսելով Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի մերձեցման մասին՝ Մարկուս Լամմերթը հիշեցրել է մայիսին կայացած ԵՄ-Հայաստան առաջին պատմական գագաթնաժողովը, ինչպես նաև «Կայունության և աճի ծրագրի» և Եվրոպական խաղաղության հիմնադրամի շրջանակում համագործակցությունը։

Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանն արդեն կատարել է «առաջին քայլը դեպի ԵՄ»՝ ընդունելով եվրոպական ինտեգրման գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին օրենքը։ Լամմերթն այդ քայլը որակել է որպես «կարևոր խորհրդանշական ազդանշան»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Եվրահանձնաժողովը հիշեցրել է, որ ԵՄ անդամակցությունը տեղի է ունենում «հստակ սահմանված՝ արժանիքների վրա հիմնված գործընթացի» շրջանակում։ Լամմերթի խոսքով՝ այն սկսվում է պետության կողմից անդամակցության պաշտոնական հայտի ներկայացմամբ։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Բրյուսելն արդեն աշխատում է Հայաստանի հետ հետագա մերձեցման ուղղությամբ՝ մասնավորապես տրանսպորտային կապերի, առևտրի և համագործակցության այլ ոլորտներում։
