Անկախության հռչակագրի ընդունման 36-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ ուզում եմ իմ ողջույնը հղել Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող մեր հայրենակիցներին. Գագիկ Ծառուկյան

ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհավորանքը՝ Անկախության հռչակագրի ընդունման օրվա կապակցությամբ․

«Անկախության հռչակագրի ընդունման 36-ամյակի առիթով, վստահ եմ, շատերը կխոսեն, մանավանդ հիմա, երբ հարցականի տակ է դրվում ամեն ինչ։

Բազմիցս հայտարարել եմ, որ ես դասական քաղաքական գործիչ չեմ, ու այսօր էլ ինձ թույլ կտամ խոսել ոչ դասական ձևակերպումներով։ Կխոսեմ որպես մարդ, որը նույն այդ 36 տարիների ընթացքում իր հայրենիքում անդադար կառուցել է, ստեղծել տասնյակ հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր, հայկական սպորտը հասցրել միջազգային մակարդակի, աջակցել սփյուռքի հայկական համայնքներին և միշտ հանդես եկել ներքին համերաշխության կոչով։

Ակնհայտ է, որ անկախության հռչակագրի 36-րդ տարում մենք կանգնած ենք բարդ որոշումների և մեծ ռիսկերի առաջ։

Ամեն սերունդ իր պատկերացումներով կարժևորի Անկախության հռչակագիրը։ Քաղաքական շահերով պայմանավորված քննարկումները և գնահատականները ոչինչ չեն տա։ Դա կբերի է´լ ավելի մեծ պառակտման ու է´լ ավելի մեծ անորոշության։

Փոխարենը մենք կարիք ունենք սառը մտքով հասկանալու այսօրվա և վաղվա ռիսկերը, մատնացույց անելու բոլոր վտանգավոր մարտահրավերները, հասկանալու զարգացման հնարավորությունները, գտնելու լավագույն քայլերը՝ մեր երկրի անվտանգության և ժողովրդի բարեկեցության համար։

Պետությունները զարգանում են միայն հստակ նպատակներ ու ռացիոնալ խնդիրներ դնելու դեպքում։

Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք խնդիր ունենք՝ մեր երկիրը դուրս բերելու Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք հակամարտությունից։ Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք խնդիր ունենք՝ լուծելու տնտեսությանը սպառնացող լրջագույն ճգնաժամը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք կարիք ունենք խոշոր տնտեսական ծրագրերի։ Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության փուլին. պատրաստ լինենք մեր ծրագրերով, մեր առաջարկներով, և «ոչ» կամ «այո» ասելու մեր վճռականությամբ։

Ակնհայտ է, որ մեր շուրջ անհանգիստ է, և մեր հարևան Իրանը փաստացի գտնվում է պատերազմի մեջ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ ցանկացած պահի, ցանկացած պատրվակով իրադրությունը տարածաշրջանում կարող է լարվել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ պետք է լուծումներ գտնենք՝ ներքին պառատկումը մեղմելու, վերացնելու համար։

Ինձ համար ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը և հայկական աշխարհն ունեն բավարար պոտենցիալ՝ այդ բարդագույն վիճակից դուրս գալու և երկիրը զարգացման ճանապարհով տանելու համար։ Բայց դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է մեկ պայման՝ ներքին համերաշխություն։

Օգտվելով այս օրվա ընձեռած առիթից՝ Անկախության հռչակագրի 36-րդ տարվա կապակցությամբ ուզում են իմ ողջույնը հղել Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ իմ ընկեր Ռուբենին, իմ ընկեր Բակոյին, իմ ընկեր Արկադիին, իմ ընկեր Լեւոնին, իմ ընկեր Դավիթին, իմ մյուս բոլոր ընկերներին ու հարազատ մարդկանց, որոնցից ոմանց անձամբ չեմ ճանաչում։ Նրանք բոլորը անկախության հռչակագրի և Հայաստանի հարատևության գաղափարի կրողներն են, մեր ժողովրդի արժանի զավակները, որոնք այսօր զրկանքներ են կրում անազատության մեջ։ Ես ուզում եմ հույս հայտնել, որ այս ծանր շրջանը շուտով կավարտվի, և Հայաստանի ճակատագրով իրապես մտահոգ մարդկանց համար կսկսվի նոր, լուսավոր շրջան։
