Ուղիղ հեռարձակում, լրագրողների և հանրության ներգրավում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարությունն արդեն հայտարարել է Հայաստանի «Տարվա 10 լավագույն մարզիկներ» 2017 թվականի մրցույթի մեկնարկի մասին: Այն կանցկացվի դեկտեմբերի 11–ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 25–ը (մինչև ժամը 18:00–ն): Նախարարության Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Աստղիկ Մարտիրոսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նախորդ տարիներին լավագույն տասը մարզիկների ընտրությունը կատարվել է Հայաստանի մարզական լրագրողների ֆեդերացիայի կողմից: Նրա խոսքով, նախկինում ընտրությունն այլ սկզբունքներով է կատարվել:

«Այժմ լավագույն տասնյակի ընտրությունը կատարվելու է երկու բաղադրիչով: Առաջինն SMS քվեարկությունն է, որի միջոցով հանրությունը կարող է ձայն տալ իր նախընտրած մարզիկին:

Յուրաքանչյուր հեռախոսից հնարավոր է մեկ SMS հաղորդագրություն ուղարկել: Հաղորդագրության մեջ պետք է նշել ընդամենը մրցույթին մասնակցող մարզիկի համարը: Ի դեպ, նշեմ, որ մարզիկների անվանացանկը կազմվել է բացառապես այբբենական կարգով»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:

Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ ընտրության երկրորդ բաղադրիչը հավատարմագրված մարզական լրագրողների քվեարկությունն է:

«Լրագրողները բաց քվեարկություն են կատարելու: Այսինքն՝ քվեարկության սենյակում տեսախցիկներ են լինելու, որոնք ֆիքսելու են բոլոր լրագրողների քվեարկությունները: Լինելու է ուղիղ հեռարձակում, և հանրությունը տեսնելու է, թե որ մարզական լրագրողն ինչպիսի տասնյակ է ձևավորել: Քվեարկության նշված երկու բաղադրիչների համադրության միջոցով էլ ընտրվելու է լավագույն մարզիկների տասնյակը»,–ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ ընդգծելով, որ տվյալների համադրումը կատարվելու է հատուկ ծրագրի միջոցով:

«Մենք բոլոր լրատվամիջոցների աջակցությունն ենք ակնկալում: Որքան հնարավոր է՝ տեղեկատվությունը պետք է շատ տարածել հանրության շրջանում, որովհետև մենք լավագույն տասնյակի անաչառ ընտրություն ենք ակնկալում: Որքան տեղեկատվությունը շատ տարածվի, մենք կունենանք մեծամասշտաբ քվեարկություն»,– ընդգծեց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցները ևս կարող են մասնակցել քվեարկությանը:

Հավելենք, որ SMS հաղորդագրությունը պետք է ուղարկել 1006 կարճ համարին: Հաղորդագրության արժեքը 50 ՀՀ դրամ է: Նշենք նաև, որ նախարարության best10.am պաշտոնական կայքի միջոցով կարելի է ծանոթանալ մրցույթի մասնակիցների ցանկին:
