Ապրուստի հետևից ընկած, ազգայինը մոռացած ժողովո՞ւրդ ենք. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Թուրքիայի Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ, խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը մեղադրել է թուրքական իշխանություններին՝ Լոզանի պայմանագրով նախատեսված՝ երկրում բնակվող փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքները չպահպանելու ու նրանց հանդեպ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները չկատարելու համար:

Փայլանն իր թվիթերյան էջում քննադատել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հունաստանյան ելույթը, որի ժամանակ Թուրքիայի նախագահը մեղադրել էր Հունաստանի իշխանություններին տեղի մահմեդական համայնքի հանդեպ խտրական վերաբերմունքի համար:

«Ասում եք՝ «Արևմտյան Թուրքիայում մահմեդականներն իրենց հոգևոր առաջնորդին չեն կարողանում ընտրել, և դա հակասում է Լոզանի պայմանագրին»: Դե ուրեմն մի նկատառում էլ իմ կողմից. Թուրքիայի հայերը տարիներ շարունակ պետության միջամտության պատճառով չեն կարողանում ընտրել իրենց պատրիարքին: Հոգևոր դպրոցները փակվում են, պատրիարքարանը պաշտոնական կարգավիճակ չունի... Էլի՞ թվարկեմ»,– գրել է Փայլանը:

Էրդողանի նման հայտարարությունը արդյո՞ք կարող է բերել տեղի հայերի՝ իրենց իրավունքների ոտնահարման համար խնդրի բարձրաձայնմանը հարցին, թուրքագետ Հակոբ Չաքրյանը նկատեց, որ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները այդպիսի բան չեն անի՝ նշելով, թե պետք չէ շփոթել Փայլանին մյուսների հետ: Վերջինիս թիկունքում կա մի կուսակցություն, որը Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում երրորդ կուսակցությունն է: «Փայլանին օրինակ մի վերցրեք, նա առանձնահատուկ երևույթ է մեր համայնքում: Բացի այդ, նրա թիկունքում կա մի կուսակցություն, որը թեկուզ Թուրքիայում ճնշված է, բայց միջազգային հեղինակություն ունի, նաև՝ մասնակի աջակցություն: Համայնքն էլ մի կարծեք, թե ամբողջական համայնք է. պատրիարքարանն իր համար է տարանջատված համայնքից, Ազգային հիվանդանոցից հրաժարվել են, որը դարձել է Ստամբուլի լավագույն հիվանդանոցներից մեկը: Համայնքն այն չի արդեն: «Ակոսը» Հրանտ Դինքի սպանությունից հետո իր դիրքերը զիջել է, ոչ թե համարձակության առումով, այլ այն հանդգնությունը, ճկուն ուղեղը չունի»,– ասաց նա:

«Փաստի» հարցին, թե դա ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, Չաքրյանը պատասխանեց, որ ըստ երևույթին՝ բոլորը ապրուստի հետևից են ընկել: Բացի այդ, ազգային մոտեցումներով պոլսահայ համայնքը երբեք չի տարբերվել, որովհետև Թուրքիայի հանրապետության կազմավորման օրից միշտ ճնշման տակ է եղել:

1923 թ. ստորագրված Լոզանի պայմանագրով հայերին, հույներին ու հրեաներին ազգային փոքրամասնության կարգավիճակ է տրվել: Պայմանագրի որոշ հոդվածների համաձայն՝ եկեղեցիները պետք է վերանորոգեին, դպրոցները բացեին: Սակայն ընդհակառակը՝ 2500 հայկական եկեղեցի ու 457 վանք հիմնահատակ քանդել են, Նարեկավանքը դարձրել են ախոռ, գերեզմանն էլ մնացել է ախոռի մեջ:

«Իր կազմավորման օրից ազգային փոքրամասնությունների՝ հատկապես հայերի իրավունքները միշտ ոտնահարվել են: Ցեղասպանությունից դուրս եկած համայնք էր, ընկճված կատարյալ ձևի, չի կարողացել ուշքի գալ, որովհետև ուշքի գալու մթնոլորտ չի եղել Թուրքիայում: Հիմա արդեն ժամանակները փոխվել են, բնիկ պոլսահայ այլևս չկա Ստամբուլում: Մտավորականությունը աստիճանաբար թողել–հեռացել է, հայկական թերթերը չեն վաճառվում, հայկական դպրոցն ավարտողները հայերեն գրել չգիտեն»:
