ՀՀ տարածքի 57 քկմ-ը ո՞ր թղթով է վերացել, ու՞մ է գնացել. Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանին

Ե՞րբ է շրջանառության մեջ մտել 29,743 քառակուսի կիլոմետր թիվը, ՀՀ տարածքի 57 քկմ-ը ո՞ր թղթով է վերացել և ու՞մ է գնացել: Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահների ընտրության ընթացքում ասել է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ դիմելով ՔՊ-ական Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանին:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանները վերջապես ի՞նչ ուրվագիծ ունեն և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը ինչքան՞ է, դուք ասում եք, որ տարածքը որոշվում է Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրով, որը Սովետական Հայաստանի վարչական սահմանները դիտել է որպես պետական տարածքներ։ Սովետական Միության Միության ժամանակ վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին ընդհանուր օրենք չի եղել, ամեն հանրապետության տարածք որոշվել է իր Գերագույն Սովետի որոշումներով, բայց այդ որոշված տարածքները արձանագրվել են տարբեր տեղերում, օրինակ՝ Սովետական Միության ժամանակ հրապարակված քարտեզներում։

Ուստի ըստ Սովետական հանրագիտարանից քաղվածքի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածությունը 29,800 քառակուսի կիլոմետր է, նմանապես նույնը գրված է նաև սովետական մեծ հանրագիտարանում: Ինձ հետաքրքիր է, դուք տեղյա՞կ եք արդյոք, թե երբ շրջանառության մեջ մտավ 29,743 քառակուսի կիլոմետր թիվը, որովհետև 29,743-ը եթե կլորացնում ենք, 29,700 է դառնում, հիմա հետաքիքիր է, թե այդ 57 քառակուսի կիլոմետրը ե՞րբ անհետացավ, ո՞ր թղթով է վերացել, և ո՞ւմ է գնացել»,- հարցրել է Խաչատրյանը:

Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանը պատասխանեց, որ կոնկրետ ամսաթիվ նշել չի կարող.

«Եթե ձեզ հետաքրքիր է կոնկրետ ամսաթիվը, թե երբ դարձավ 743, ապա ամսաթիվ նշել չեմ կարող, բայց պետք է ասեմ, որ մեր դասագրքերում, որով մենք սովորել ենք, նշված է եղել 29,743 քառակուսի կիլոմետր թիվ, ենթադրում եմ, որ հենց այդ պահին է տեղի ունեցել այդ անցումը»:
