Կաթողիկոսի նկատմամբ իրականացվող բռնադատավարությունը միահեծան իշխանության հետևանք է. Հանրային Դաշինք

«Հանրային դաշինք»-ը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական հետապնդումն ու բռնադատավարությունը՝ այն գնահատելով որպես Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական հակակշիռների կազմաքանված համակարգի դրսևորում։
 
Այսօր տեղի ունեցողը միայն Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու կամ նրա առաջնորդի հարցը չէ։
Այն հետևանք է այնպիսի կառավարման համակարգի, որտեղ իշխանության առանցքային լծակները փաստացի կենտրոնացված են մեկ քաղաքական կենտրոնի ձեռքում։
 
Երբ դատարանները, իրավապահ մարմինները և սահմանադրորեն անկախ պետական ինստիտուտները կորցնում են իրենց ինքնուրույնությունը, դրանք դադարում են ծառայել Սահմանադրությանն ու օրենքին և վերածվում են քաղաքական կամքի իրականացման գործիքների։
 
Այս իրողությունը ոտնահարում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 17-րդ և 18-րդ հոդվածներում ամրագրված սկզբունքների կենսագործումը, խաթարում է իշխանությունների տարանջատման և փոխադարձ զսպումների ու հակակշիռների սահմանադրական համակարգը և լուրջ կասկածի տակ դնում պետության կողմից իրավունքի գերակայության ապահովումը։
 
Միաժամանակ, այն հակասում է Հայաստանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններին՝ ապահովելու անկախ և անաչառ արդարադատություն, արդյունավետ իրավական պաշտպանություն և ժողովրդավարական կառավարում։
 
«Հանրային դաշինք»-ը համոզված է, որ Հայաստանի ապագան հնարավոր չէ կառուցել անձնակենտրոն իշխանության, քաղաքական ազդեցության տակ գտնվող դատարանների և ընտրովի արդարադատության վրա։
Երկիրը կարիք ունի իրական սահմանադրական կառավարման, անկախ դատական իշխանության և արդյունավետ հակակշիռների, որոնք կբացառեն իշխանության կենտրոնացումը մեկ անձի կամ մեկ քաղաքական ուժի ձեռքում։
 
Կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին, հասարակական ու քաղաքական ուժերին պաշտպանել Սահմանադրությունը, իրավական պետության սկզբունքները և ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների անկախությունը։
