Բանտից հղված ահազանգ. Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հայտարարում է համատարած բռնաճնշումների և իշխանության անկման սկզբի մասին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հունիսյան ընտրություններից հետո Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը մտել է որակապես նոր՝ լայնամասշտաբ ռեպրեսիաների փուլ։ Իշխանական համակարգը, փորձելով ամրապնդել սեփական դիրքերը, աննախադեպ ճնշումներ է սկսել քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների, հանրային առաջնորդների և անգամ խոշոր գործարար շրջանակների նկատմամբ։ Քրեական գործերի, կալանավորումների և վարչական լծակների կիրառումը դարձել է քաղաքական դիմակայությունը լուծելու հիմնական գործիք։ Այս խորացող ճգնաժամի և իրավական անարխիայի համատեքստում է «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից իր ահազանգն ուղղել «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման համակարգող, քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Իր ուղերձում Չալաբյանը փաստում է, որ արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի անօրինականորեն գտնվում է անազատության մեջ։ Նա նշում է, որ այս նույն ալիքի տակ են հայտնվել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը, Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, Բագրատ Սրբազանն ու իր համախոհները, Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը, Արմեն Աշոտյանը և այլոք։ Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ ընտրողների հիմնական զանգվածը՝ շուրջ 750 հազար քաղաքացի, մերժել է գործող իշխանությանը, սակայն վերջինս, օգտագործելով վարչական ռեսուրսը, արտաքին աջակցությունը և ընտրական բարձր շեմը, պահպանել է ղեկը և անցել բացահայտ վրեժխնդրության։ Գործիչը կոչ է անում հանրությանը չհանձնվել, տեր կանգնել սեփական իրավունքներին և Սարդարապատի օրինակով պայքարել երկիրը ներսից զավթելու փորձերի դեմ։

Տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները ցույց են տալիս, որ քաղաքական հետապնդումները կորցրել են իրավական որևէ հիմնավորում և վերածվել են համակարգային ճնշամիջոցի։ Ընդդիմադիր ամենատարբեր թևերի ներկայացուցիչների, հոգևորականների և գործարարների միաժամանակյա թիրախավորումը վկայում է իշխանության լեգիտիմության խոր ճգնաժամի մասին, երբ քաղաքական երկխոսությանը փոխարինելու է գալիս ուժային ապարատը։ Չալաբյանի ուղերձը երկրում տիրող քաղաքական իրավիճակի հստակ ախտորոշում է. բանտարկությունների միջոցով փորձ է արվում գլխատել հանրային դիմադրությունը և չեզոքացնել հետընտրական հնարավոր զարգացումները։ Ըստ էության, քաղբանտարկյալների թվի աճը ոչ թե իշխանության ուժի, այլ դրա թուլացման և հանրային աջակցության կորստի առաջին ցուցիչն է։
