Չինական մենաշնորհի վե՞րջը. ԱՄՆ-ն գործարկում է ամենամեծ արևային վահանակների գործարանը՝ օրական 16,700 հատ արտադրությամբ

Հարավկորեական Hanwha Qcells ընկերությունը հայտարարել է արևային մարտկոցների առևտրային արտադրության մեկնարկի մասին Քարթերսվիլում, Ջորջիա նահանգում, նոր օբյեկտում։ Այս մեկնարկը նշանավորում է խոշորածավալ Solar Hub արդյունաբերական համալիրի կառուցման վերջին փուլը, որում ընկերությունը ներդրել է մոտ 2.1 միլիարդ դոլար, գրում է ixbt.com–ը։

Նոր գործարանը հատկապես կարևոր է ԱՄՆ արևային էներգիայի արդյունաբերության համար։ Այն ԱՄՆ առաջին արտադրական օբյեկտն է, որը մեկ վայրում համախմբում է արևային վահանակների արտադրության ամբողջ ցիկլը՝ սիլիցիումի մշակումից մինչև մոդուլների հավաքում։

Մինչ օրս ԱՄՆ արտադրողների մեծ մասը հիմնականում կենտրոնացած էր արևային վահանակների վերջնական հավաքման վրա օգտագործելով ներմուծված բաղադրիչներ։ Այս մոդելը արդյունաբերությունը կախված էր թողել օտարերկրյա մատակարարումներից, գների տատանումներից և լոգիստիկ մարտահրավերներից։ Hanwha Qcells նախագիծը նպատակ ունի զգալիորեն նվազեցնել այդ կախվածությունը և ամրապնդել տեղական արտադրությունը։

Լիովին շահագործման հանձնվելուց հետո Քարթերսվիլի գործարանը կկարողանա տարեկան արտադրել մինչև 3.5 ԳՎտ պատրաստի արևային մոդուլներ: Հավաքման գծերն արդեն իսկ աշխատում են նորմալ օրական արտադրելով մոտ 16,700 արևային վահանակ:

Քարթերսվիլի գործարանը կդառնա Hanwha Qcells-ի Ջորջիայում գտնվող միասնական արտադրական ցանցի մաս: Դալթոնում նախկինում ընդլայնված գործարանի հետ միասին, ԱՄՆ-ում ընկերության արևային վահանակների արտադրության ընդհանուր հզորությունը կհասնի տարեկան 8.6 ԳՎտ-ի: Ընկերությունը գնահատում է, որ սարքավորումների այդ քանակը բավարար է մոտավորապես 1.3 միլիոն ամերիկյան տնային տնտեսություններին էլեկտրաէներգիայով ապահովելու համար:

Նախագիծը նաև ընկերությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս օգտվել ԱՄՆ գնաճի նվազեցման մասին օրենքի շրջանակներում զգալի հարկային արտոնություններից: Արտադրությունը լիովին տեղայնացնելով Hanwha Qcells-ը կկարողանա սուբսիդիաներ ստանալ արտադրության յուրաքանչյուր փուլում՝ սիլիցիումի մշակումից մինչև մոդուլների հավաքում:
