ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը պարտավոր է հրապարակավ պաշտպանել և իր գործողություններով աջակցել Իրանին․ Խաչիկ Ասրյան

Խաչիկ Ասրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Իր զարգացող տնտեսական հզորությունը աշխարհաքաղաքական ուժային ազդեցության վերափոխած ԲՐԻԿՍ կազմակերպության ստեղծման գաղափարը հիմնված է բազմաբևեռ աշխարհի կառուցման, անկախ և ինքնիշխան պետությունների փոխադարձ հարգանքի և արևմտյան միաբևեռ գերիշխանությանը հակակշիռ լինելու վրա։
 
ԲՐԻԿՍ կազմակերպության հիմնադիր անդամ հինգ պետությունները՝ Բրազիլիան, Ռուսաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Չինաստանը և Հարավային Աֆրիկան, բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի նպատակն է պաշտպանել միջազգային արդար կարգը, պետությունների անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և թույլ չտալ, որ աշխարհը ղեկավարի մեկ ռազմական գերտերություն։
 
ԲՐԻԿՍ կազմակերպության հիմնադիր անդամ հինգ պետություններին, 2024 թվականի սկզբին, միացել են ևս հինգ պետություն, այդ թվում՝ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը (մյուս չորս պետություններն են՝ Եգիպտոս, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ, Եթովպիա, Սաուդյան Արաբիա)։
 
Ինչպես նաև, 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին, ԲՐԻԿՍ կազմակերպության (10 պետություն) Գործընկեր Պետություններ են դարձել 13 պետություն, այդ թվում՝ Բելառուս, Թուրքիա, Ղազախստան, Ուզբեկստան, Վիետնամ, Մալայզիա, Ինդոնեզիա, Թայլանդ, Ալժիր, Ուգանդա, Նիգերիա, Կուբա, Բոլիվիա։
 
ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը, արդեն որպես աշխարհաքաղաքական ուժային կազմակերպություն, պետք է հակազդի արևմտյան միաբևեռ գերիշխանությանը և նրանց կողմից իրականացվող պատերազմական գործողություններին։
 
Այս տարվա փետրվարի 28-ին, Ամերիկան և Իսրայելը հերթական անգամ պատերազմական գործողություններ են սանձազերծել Հայաստանի հարևան, բարեկամ և բնական դաշնակից Իրանի և Իրանի ժողովրդի դեմ։
 
Այսօր, արդեն 145-րդ օրն է, որ Իրանի հայրենատեր իշխանությունը և Իրանի հայրենատեր ժողովուրդը պատերազմում է ատոմային երկու պետության` Ամերիկայի և Իսրայելի դեմ։
 
Իսկ, ո՞ւր են ԲՐԻԿՍ աշխարհաքաղաքական ուժային կազմակերպության անդամ և գործընկեր պետությունները (բացառությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի, որոնք հրապարակավ պաշտպանում և աջակցում են Իրանին)․ ինչո՞ւ այդ պետությունները, ժամ առաջ, հրապարակավ չեն հայտարարում, որ բոլոր առումներով, անվերապահորեն պաշտպանում և աջակցում են Իրանին։

Եթե, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը ի վիճակի չէ հանդես գալ միասնական, հստակ և վճռական դիրքորոշմամբ և ծայրահեղ ծանր պահին պաշտպանել իր անդամ պետությանը՝ Իրանին, ապա այն այլևս ոչ մի արժեք չի ներկայացնում և չունի որևէ բարոյական կամ քաղաքական իրավունք խոսելու բազմաբևեռ աշխարհի կառուցման, միջազգային արդար կարգը պաշտպանելու, անկախ և ինքնիշխան պետությունների փոխադարձ հարգանքի մասին։
 
Այսօր, երբ Ամերիկան և Իսրայելը հերթական պատերազմական գործողություններն են սանձազերծել Իրանի դեմ, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը պարտավոր է անհապաղ անցնել վճռական գործողությունների՝ հստակ քաղաքական դիրքորոշում հայտարարելուց մինչև իրական, գործնական աջակցություն, ասել է թե՝ ամբողջությամբ պաշտպանել Իրանին և Իրանի ժողովրդին։
 
Հակառակ դեպքում ԲՐԻԿՍ-ը կվերածվի ձևական, անգործունակ կազմակերպության։
