«Ողորմություն խնդրողի» կեցվածքով պետություն չես պահի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Տարածաշրջանում կտրուկ փոխվող իրավիճակը, որն անմիջականորեն կապված է Իրանի շուրջ զարգացումների հետ, ըստ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի, կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ և ձգվելու է տարիներ։ Մեր լրագրողի հետ զրույցում գեներալը նշեց, որ թեև հնարավոր են ժամանակավոր պայմանագրեր ու հարաբերական դադարներ, միևնույնն է, որոշ ժամանակ անց ամեն ինչ նորից է սկսվելու, իսկ ապագա լարվածության հիմնական պատճառը լինելու է, այսպես կոչված, միջանցքի ճանապարհը։

Այս ամենին զուգահեռ ավելի են խորանում մեր խնդիրները Ռուսաստանի հետ, քանի որ Հայաստանի գործող ղեկավարությունը, նախկին նախարարի բնորոշմամբ, նախընտրում է արտերկրում ողորմություն խնդրել ու նվեր ստացած գումարներով գոյատևել, փոխանակ սեփական աշխատանքով արտադրած արդյունքն ու կոնյակը պատշաճ վաճառելու և երկիրը սեփական ուժերով զարգացնելու։ Գեներալն ընդգծեց, որ սա արժանապատվության հարց է, քանի որ սեփական արտադրանքով փող աշխատելն անհամեմատ ավելի «թասիբով» ճանապարհ է, քան ամբողջ աշխարհից անվերջ օգնություն հայցելը։

Անդրադառնալով ներքաղաքական կյանքին՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանը մեր լրագրողին փոխանցեց, որ երկրում ստեղծված ներքաղաքական մթնոլորտն ուժային կառույցների միջոցով վախի տարածմանն է միտված։ Նրա դիտարկմամբ, այսօր տեսնում ենք պատկերներ, երբ իրական հանցագործներին ու մարդասպաններին հեշտությամբ ազատ են արձակում, իսկ օրինապահ քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր կանոնավոր ներկայանում են քննչական մարմիններ, ցուցադրաբար գետնին են տապալում՝ հասարակությանը վախեցնելու համար։ Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության նախկին ղեկավարը վստահ է, որ այս վիճակը հաղթահարելու միակ տարբերակը համընդհանուր համախմբումն է, քանի որ ներկա իշխանություններն ընտրություններով երբեք չեն հեռանալու։ Նա կոչ արեց յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու գիտակցել սեփական պատասխանատվությունը և միանալ ստորագրահավաքին՝ շեշտելով, որ միայն գաղափարական վերածննդի ու նոր ստարտի միջոցով է հնարավոր վերականգնել ներքին համերաշխությունը, կարգավորել դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ և միաժամանակ կառուցել գործընկերային ամուր կապեր Եվրոպայի ու Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ։
