Թափանցիկ արևային վահանակներ, որոնք կարող են ամրացվել ապակե դռներին

Արևային էներգիայի համակարգերի օգտագործման մարտահրավերներից մեկը, հատկապես քաղաքներում, մեծածավալ արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելու համար անհրաժեշտ մեծ տարածքն է։ Նանյանգի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի (NTU - Սինգապուր) հետազոտությունը կարող է մասամբ լուծել է այդ խնդիրը ստեղծելով գերբարակ ֆոտովոլտային մարտկոց, որը կարող է անմիջապես ամրացվել ապակե շենքերի պատուհաններին, գրում է vietnam.vn–ն։

NTU-ի նյութագիտության և ճարտարագիտության դպրոցի դոցենտ Աննալիսա Բրունոյի գլխավորած հետազոտական ​​խումբը մշակել է պերովսկիտի վրա հիմնված նոր մարտկոց, որը էժան և բարձր արդյունավետությամբ նյութ է արևային էներգիան փոխակերպելու համար։ Ի տարբերություն ավանդական սիլիցիումային մարտկոցների, որոնք լավագույնս են աշխատում ուղիղ արևի լույսի ներքո, պերովսկիտային մարտկոցները կարող են էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել նույնիսկ թույլ լուսավորության պայմաններում։ Սա հատկապես կարևոր է քաղաքային տարածքներում, որտեղ բարձր շենքերը հաճախ արգելափակում են արևի լույսը միմյանցից և քիչ են ստանում ուղիղ արևի լույս։ Տանիքներից բացի շենքերի ապակե մակերեսները, տեսականորեն, կարող են էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում, եթե պատված լինեն պերովսկիտային մարտկոցներով։

Հետազոտողները փորձարկել են տարբեր հաստությունների պերովսկիտային բջիջներ։ 10, 30 և 60 նանոմետր հաստությամբ պերովսկիտային շերտերով անթափանց վահանակները, համապատասխանաբար, հասել են մոտավորապես 7%, 11% և 12% էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության։ Չնայած այս արդյունավետությունը ցածր է ժամանակակից արևային վահանակներից (20%), բայց հաշվի առնելով դրանց գրեթե զրոյական քաշը, թույլ լուսավորության պայմաններում էներգիա փոխակերպելու ունակությունը և այլ առավելությունները, այդ պերովսկիտային տեխնոլոգիան համարվում է գերազանց։

NTU գիտնականների կողմից ACS Energy Letters ամսագրում հրապարակված հետազոտությունը կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ պատուհաններից, շենքերի ճակատներից, խելացի ապակիներից, մեքենաներից և այլ մակերեսներից էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու համար։
