Եկատերինբուրգի այցը․ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների շարունակական զարգացման պատրաստակամության մասին. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Ինչպես գիտեք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Իննոպրոմ-2026» միջազգային արդյունաբերական ցուցահանդեսի շրջանակում հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինին։

Ռուսական կողմն ընդգծել է, որ սա Փաշինյանի առաջին այցն է՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո, և հիշեցրել, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է (և, հավանաբար, կշարունակի) մնալ Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր առևտրային գործընկերն ու ներդրողը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, «դեպի ԵՎրոպա շտապող» Նիկոլը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը տրամադրված է շարունակելու հարաբերությունների զարգացումը Ռուսաստանի հետ, շահագրգռված է մնալ ԵԱՏՄ-ում և պատրաստ է լուծել «խնդրահարույց» հարցերը։

Ոչի՛նչ, որ հայ ֆերմերներին ֆռռցնում էին, թե շուտով հայկական ծաղիների իկեբանաները կգրավեն Եվրոպայի դիզայներների ու սիրահարների սրտերը: Իսկ հայկական իշխան ձուկը կդառնա Փարիզի ու Բրյուսելի լավագույն ռեստորանների գլխավոր մենյուն:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հայկական մրգերին ու բանջարեղենին, ապա ըստ կապիտուլյանտների վարդագույն երազների՝ դրանց համար մեծ հերթեր պետք է առաջանային գերմանական Aldi, Lidl և Kaufland առևտրային ցանցերում, ֆրանսիական Carrefour-ում և բրիտանական Tesco-ում:

Ռուսական «քուանշ»-ից ու Արևմուտքից՝ իրավիճակը «սրելուց» հետո պարզվեց, որ այս խաղում ևս հերթական անգամ «թարս կապուտ» կարող է լինել հենց Հայաստանը: Ուստի, առանց երկրի ղեկավարին վայել հրավերի ու ընդունելության՝ Նիկոլը շտապեց Ուրալ:

Արժե՞ արդյոք Փաշինյանի այցը դիտարկել որպես «բեկում» կամ վերադարձ նախկին «նորմալ վիճակին», համոզված եմ, որ ո՛չ։ Ավելի շուտ այն նման է լարվածությունից հետո կառավարելի երկխոսության ցուցադրման, որտեղ գլխավոր ուղերձն այն է, որ ՀՀ-ն չի կարող խզել ՌԴ և ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ տնտեսական կապերը:

Այն բեկում կամ նորմալացում չէ, որովհետև իմ կարծիքով, Փաշինյանի այցը չվերացրեց Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև առկա անվստահությունը։ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում Հայաստանի մերձեցումը ԵՄ հետ, այնինչ այդ գործընթացը թափ է հավաքում՝ խճճելով ու հակադրելով ռեգիոնալ բազաթիվ շահեր:

ԵՄ, ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, Իրան, Թուրքիա, Չինաստան, Հնդկաստան, Վրաստան, Ադրբեջան։ Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, որքան անհամատեղելի հակասություններ ու թշնամանք կա վերոթվարկյալ կողմերի միջև: Հարավային Կովկասում նրանց շահերը հակադրել ու շարունակ խճճում են հենց Նիկոլն ու Իլհամը՝ Էրդողանի հմուտ ղեկավարությամբ:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է ստացվելու արդյունքում։ Ոչ թե կայունություն ու տարածաշրջանային խաղաղություն, այլ սրընթաց աճող հակասություններ և «բոլորը բոլորի դեմ» դիմակայություն, ընդ որում՝ հատկապես Հայաստանի տարածքում։

Այնուամենայնիվ, Եկատերինբուրգում և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ռուսաստանը ցույց տվեցին, որ շահագրգռված չեն հարաբերությունների լիակատար խզմամբ։ Սկզբի համար սա վատ չէ, բայց շարունակության համար անհրաժեշտ է շատ ավելին։

Ե՛վ Մոսկվան, և՛ Բրյուսելը, դատարկ խոսքերի փոխարեն՝ Նիկոլից միայն գործողություններ են ակնկալելու: Դրանից է կախված լինելու լեգիտիմությունը կորցրած ու արևմտա-թուրքական աջակցությամբ իշխանություն պահող ՔՊ-ական կառավարության վաղվա օրը:
