Թուրքիան մտադիր է միանալ եվրոյի միասնական վճարային գոտուն

Թուրքիան մտադիր է ինտեգրվել SEPA-ին՝ եվրոյի միասնական վճարային գոտուն և համապատասխանեցնել իր օրենսդրությունը՝ ԵՄ-ի հետ պետական գնումների ոլորտում համագործակցությունն ուժեղացնելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Թուրքիայի ֆինանսների նախարար Մեհմեթ Շիմշեքը՝ ԵՄ տնտեսության հարցերով հանձնակատար Վալդիս Դոմբրովսկիսի հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքներով։

«Մենք կարևոր քայլ ենք կատարում ֆինանսական ինտեգրման ուղղությամբ։ Թուրքիան ուղարկել է SEPA-ին՝ եվրոյի միասնական վճարային գոտուն միանալու մտադրության նամակ։ Այս գործընթացի ավարտից հետո անդրսահմանային վճարումները կդառնան ավելի արագ, ավելի էժան և ավելի անվտանգ երկու կողմերի ձեռնարկությունների և քաղաքացիների համար»,- գրել է նախարարը X-ում։

Շիմշեքը նաև հայտնել է, որ «Թուրքիան փոփոխություններ կմտցնի Պետական գնումների մասին օրենքում, որպեսզի ապահովի ԵՄ ընկերությունների նկատմամբ հավասար վերաբերմունք հանրապետության պետական գնումների շուկայում»։ Այս միջոցը կոչված է «ավելի ամրապնդելու տնտեսական գործընկերության իրավական հիմքը»։

Նախարարը պարզաբանել է, որ ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում Թուրքիան և ԵՄ-ը «բախվում են միևնույն խնդիրներին՝ մրցունակության վերականգնում, ռազմավարական կախվածության նվազեցում, էներգետիկ անվտանգության ամրապնդում և արտադրողականության բարձրացում՝ նորարարությունների և արհեստական բանականության հաշվին»։

«Թուրքիան կարող է նշանակալի ներդրում ունենալ Եվրոպայի մրցունակության բարձրացման գործում, ներառյալ նոր առևտրային, էներգետիկ և տրանսպորտային միջանցքների ստեղծումը, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանական արդյունաբերությունում համագործակցությունը։ Աշխարհում աճող մասնատվածության պայմաններում մենք պետք է ներդրումներ կատարենք ավելի սերտ ինտեգրման մեջ։ Հենց այդ պատճառով Մաքսային միության արդիականացումը ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն է։ Դրա տարածումը ծառայությունների, գյուղատնտեսության, պետական գնումների և թվային առևտրի ոլորտների վրա կարող է ազատել մոտ 400 մլրդ եվրո լրացուցիչ առևտրային ներուժ»,- նշել է Շիմշեքը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա նշել է, որ ԵՄ ֆինանսական հաստատությունների և կենտրոնական բանկերի հետ շփումների շրջանակում քննարկվել է այն հարցը, որ «միայն պետական ֆինանսավորումը բավարար չէ վաղվա ներդրումային կարիքները բավարարելու համար, և մասնավոր կապիտալի լայնածավալ մոբիլիզացումը կարևոր նշանակություն կունենա գործընկերության համար»։
