Հայաստանյան հետընտրական քաղաքական դաշտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը հերթական անգամ արձանագրում է ընդդիմադիր դաշտի վերադասավորման և ուժերի մեկտեղման հրամայականը։ Ընտրական գործընթացներից հետո հասարակության շրջանում նկատվող որոշակի ապատիայի և գործող իշխանությունների կողմից կիրառվող վարչական ռեսուրսի ու տոտալ ճնշումների ֆոնին, քաղաքական օրակարգում առանցքային նշանակություն է ստանում միասնական ճակատի ձևավորումը։ Այս համատեքստում հանրային և քաղաքական շրջանակների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հայտնվել «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնած համախմբման գործընթացը։
