Վրաստանում թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության և իրացման գործով Թուրքիայի և Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիներ են ձերբակալվել

Վրաստանի ոստիկանությունը թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության, պահման և իրացման մեղադրանքով ութ մարդու է ձերբակալել։ Ձերբակալվածների թվում կան Վրաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիներ, հայտնում է «Новости-Грузия»-ն՝ հղում անելով հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարությանը։

Քննության տվյալներով՝ կասկածյալների մի մասը զբաղվել է թմրամիջոցների տարածմամբ՝ «թաքստոցների» համակարգի միջոցով։ Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների ընթացքում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են նրանց կողմից պատրաստված թաքստոցները, որոնցում եղել են հետագա վաճառքի համար նախատեսված արգելված նյութեր։

Քննությունը նաև պարզել է, որ մյուս ներգրավված անձինք կապ ունեն թմրամիջոցների մատակարարման միջազգային խողովակի կազմակերպման հետ։ Իրավապահների վարկածով՝ արգելված նյութերը Վրաստան են ներմուծվել արտերկրից ուղարկված փոստային առաքանիներով, որոնք ձևակերպված են եղել կասկածյալների անուններով։ Ծանրոցները քրեական ոստիկանության հարցումով որսացել են մաքսային ծառայության աշխատակիցները։

Ձերբակալվածների անձնական խուզարկության և բնակության վայրերի խուզարկությունների ընթացքում իրավապահները հայտնաբերել և առգրավել են կոկաին, մեթադոն, մեթամֆետամին, ամֆետամին, ափիոն, բուպրենորֆին, մարիխուանա, կանաբիս, ինչպես նաև պրեգաբալինի շուրջ 300 հաբ։

Քրեական գործը քննվում է մի քանի հոդվածներով, որոնք պատասխանատվություն են նախատեսում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ձեռքբերման, պահման, երկիր ներկրման և իրացմանն աջակցելու համար։ Այս հոդվածներով առավելագույն պատիժը սահմանվում է մինչև 20 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում կամ ցմահ բանտարկություն:

Պաշտոնական վիճակագրության տվյալներով՝ թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունները շարունակում են մնալ Վրաստանում քրեական գործերի ամենատարածված տեսակներից մեկը։ 2025 թվականին երկրում գրանցվել է նմանատիպ 10 475 հանցագործություն, ինչը 87,1%-ով ավելի է, քան նախորդ տարի։ Քրեական հետապնդում է սկսվել ավելի քան 7 հազար մարդու նկատմամբ, որոնցից 2 265-ը մեղադրվում են թմրամիջոցների իրացման, իսկ 471-ը՝ անմիջականորեն դրանց վաճառքի մեջ։
