Սեփական ժողովրդի վրա «կայֆավատ» լինելու նուրբ արվեստը

Ցանկացած երկրի համար ռազմավարական շուկաների փակվելն ու տնտեսական սահմանափակումները, որոնք ուղիղ հարվածում են տեղական արտադրողին, ազգային անվտանգության և հազարավոր ընտանիքների գոյատևման խնդիր են։ Սակայն կառավարության վերջին նիստին հաջորդած բրիֆինգի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին հայտարարությունները՝ կապված ծիրանի արտահանման խոչընդոտների և փչացող բերքի հետ, ավելի շատ նման էին սեփական ժողովրդին ու գործարարներին բացահայտ ձեռք առնելու և ծաղրելու։

«Ում տանը ծիրանը չի փչանում, բոլորիս տանը փչանում է, ինչու՞ է դա դառնում թոփ նյուզ» ձևակերպումը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան անթաքույց ու բացահայտ կերպով «կայֆավատ» լինել սեփական ընտրողների վրա։ Սա ուղիղ ուժգնությամբ հասցված հարված է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր հավատացել են իրեն, իսկ հիմա նրանց առաջարկվում է մի պարզ բանաձև՝ հանուն Փաշինյանի քաղաքական ամբիցիաների դուք պիտի սոված մնաք։

Երկրի ղեկավարը, ըստ էության, հավասարության նշան է դնում սառնարանում մոռացված երկու հատ ծիրանի և տոննաներով փչացող, արտահանման ենթակա բերքի միջև, որի տակ տնտեսվարողը վարկեր, հսկայական պարտքեր ու ընտանիք պահելու հոգս ունի։ Ստեղծվում է մի իրավիճակ, որտեղ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձախողված արտաքին քաղաքականության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների կործանարար գինը պետք է վճարի շարքային քաղաքացին՝ իր օրվա հացով, բայց դա անձամբ նրա կողմից մատուցվում է որպես սովորական, ընդունելի մի կենցաղային թեմա։

Տարիների քրտնաջան աշխատանքը, ներդրումները և լոգիստիկ շղթաները, որոնք կոտրվում են իշխանության անգործության պատճառով, հենց Փաշինյանի մակարդակով իջեցվում են կենցաղային մունաթի մակարդակի։ Այս հայտարարությունը լավագույնս ի ցույց է դնում, թե ինչ աստիճանի անլուրջ, անպատասխանատու ու մակերեսային մոտեցում ունի նա պետական կառավարման և սեփական երկրի գործարարների նկատմամբ։

Ինչպե՞ս կարող է երկրի ղեկավարը տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով առաջացած աղետը դիտարկել որպես հերթական «թոփ նյուզ», այլ ոչ թե րոպե առաջ լուծում պահանջող ճգնաժամ։ Երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սեփական աշխարհաքաղաքական արկածախնդրության պատճառով չի կարողանում ապահովել իր տնտեսվարողների անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը, իսկ հետո հեգնում է այդ նույն մարդկանց կրած վնասները, դա խոսում է պետական մտածողության իսպառ բացակայության և բացառիկ ցինիզմի մասին։ Սա ուղիղ ազդակ է բիզնեսին, որ ճգնաժամի պահին նրանք մնալու են լիովին միայնակ, իսկ ինքը լավագույն դեպքում հեռուստաէկրաններից կբացատրի, որ դե, բոլորի տանն էլ ծիրանը փչանում է, դրանից ողբերգություն սարքել պետք չէ։
