Խոստումների «բերքահավաքը». ինչպես է իշխանությունը հերթական անգամ լքում գյուղացուն տնտեսական քաոսի նախաշեմին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ընտրություններից առաջ իշխանական PR «ամբիոններից» հնչող հավաստիացումները, թե կանգնելու են գյուղացու կողքին, ոչ մի կիլոգրամ բերք չի փչանալու, իսկ Եվրոպան գրկաբաց սպասում է հայկական արտադրանքին, այսօր աստիճանաբար դասվում են հերթական դրժված խոստումների՝ սովորական դարձած շարքին։

Ընտրություններն անցան, ձայները հավաքվեցին, և իշխանական վերնախավը, ինչպես միշտ, սկսեց դանդաղ, բայց վստահ քայլերով հետ կանգնել սեփական խոսքերից՝ մեն-մենակ թողնելով հողագործին իր հոգսերի ու վարկերի հետ։ Այն, որ եվրոպական շուկաների մասին թեզերը զուտ քաղաքական սիրախաղեր էին, այլևս չեն թաքցնում անգամ կառավարության ներսում։ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը վերջերս բաց տեքստով հայտարարեց այն, ինչի մասին անկախ փորձագետները բարձրաձայնում էին տարիներ շարունակ. լոգիստիկան չափազանց թանկ է, աշխարհագրական հեռավորությունը՝ մեծ, և պարզվում է՝ եվրոպական շուկան բացարձակապես հարմար չէ հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի համար։ Կամ՝ հակառակը: Սա պարզապես տնտեսական վերլուծություն չէ, սա սեփական ձախողման և նախկինում հնչեցրած ստերի պաշտոնական խոստովանությունն է։ Իշխանությունը, որը խոստանում էր այլընտրանքներ փնտրել ռուսական շուկային, այսօր փաստի առաջ է կանգնեցնում նրանց։ Թեև քաղաքական դաշտում փորձ է արվում ամեն գնով նվազեցնել ռուսական շուկայի դերը, թվերն ու տնտեսական իրականությունը հակառակն են ապացուցում։ Այն գներով, որոնցով հայկական գյուղմթերքը հնարավոր է իրացնել Ռուսաստանում, Եվրոպայում պարզապես անհնար է. եվրոպական շուկայում հայկական միրգն ու բանջարեղենը որոշ դեպքերում ստիպված են վաճառել երկուսից երեք անգամ ավելի էժան, քան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում։ Արդյունքում՝ իշխանության վարած քաղաքականության պատճառով հայ հողագործը զրկվում է բարձր եկամուտ ապահովող ավանդական շուկայից՝ դիմացը ստանալով ոչ շահավետ և խիստ պահանջկոտ եվրոպական ուղղությունը:

Մինչ նախարարությունների աշխատասենյակներում արդարացումներ են փնտրում, գյուղերում արդեն իսկ ահազանգեր են հնչում։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին խոշոր գյուղացիական տնտեսություններում արդեն սկսվել են առաջին լուրջ խնդիրները. կուտակված բերքը չիրացվելու պատճառով մասսայականորեն փչանում է և դառնում թափելու ենթակա։ Եվ սա դեռ միայն սկիզբն է։ Շատ շուտով մեկնարկելու է ծիրանի և ամառային այլ մրգերի գերակտիվ սեզոնը։ Եթե հիմա՝ համեմատաբար փոքր ծավալների դեպքում, լոգիստիկան ու իրացումը ձախողված են, ապա ի՞նչ է լինելու շաբաթներ անց, երբ տոննաներով ծիրանը սպասի արտահանման։ Թե ինչպես են իշխանությունները պատրաստվում դուրս գալ այս հասունացող տնտեսական քաոսից, որը սպառնում է վերջնականապես սնանկացնել հայաստանյան գյուղացուն, մեծագույն հարց է։ Սակայն դատելով նրանց գործելաոճից՝ պատասխանը մեկն է. գյուղացին հերթական անգամ վճարելու է իշխանության տնտեսական տգիտության ու սին խոստումների գինը։
