Որքան մոտ է կարևոր հարցերի շուրջ համաձայնության գալու պահը, այնքան սաստկանում է ռազմական գործողություններով դիրքորոշումներն ամրապնդելու գործընթացը: Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը։

«Վերջերս գրել էի, որ ԱՄՆ-Իրան հակամարտությունը, չնայած լարվածության աճին՝ բավականին մոտ է համաձայնության գալուն: Երեկ նախագահ Թրամփը հայտարարեց, որ հավանական է առաջիկա օրերին, եվրոպական որևէ երկրում Իրանի հետ ստորագրվի համապարփակ համաձայնագիր:

Հակամարտությունները սովորաբար այդպիսի ձեռագիր են ունենում: Որքան մոտ է կարևոր հարցերի շուրջ համաձայնության գալու պահը, այնքան սաստկանում է ռազմական գործողություններով դիրքորոշումներն ամրապնդելու կամ դիմադրելու գործընթացը:

Նախագահ Թրամփը նաև նշել է, որ համաձայնագրի վերջնական սկզբունքներն ու դետալները հավանության են արժանացել հակամարտության մեջ ներառված բոլոր երկրների, այսինքն՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, Իսրայելի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Միացյալ Էմիրությունների, Քաթարի, Թուրքիայի, Պակիստանի, Բահրեյնի, Քուվեյթի, Հորդանանի, Եգիպտոսի, Լիբանանի և Սիրիայի կողմից: Դժվար է անգամ պատկերացնել, թե ինչպիսի բարդ ու բազմաշերտ դիվանագիտական աշխատանքներ են տարվել մերձավորարևելյան հակասական շահերն իմի բերելու համար:

Ճիշտ է, կա տեսակետ, որ Թրամփը հերթական 38-րդ անգամ թրոլինգ է անում՝ ասելով, որ շատ մոտ են համաձայնությանը: Սակայն Իրան-Իսրայել-ԱՄՆ ռազմական գործողություններով սկսված և ԱՄՆ-Իրան հորմուզյան բլոկադայով ավարտվող ռազմա-քաղաքական գործընթացն արդեն հասցրել է գռգռել շատ երկրների անվտանգային, առևտրա-տնտեսական, կոմունիկացիոն ու Էներգետիկ շահերը: Ռազմական հակամարտության՝ օր առաջ ավարտին շահագրգիռ սպասողները շատ են:

Վստահ եմ, աշխարհի բնակչության 99%-ը հաստատ չէր լսել Հորմուզի նեղուցի մասին: Այսօր դրա շուրջ տեղի են ունենում ոչ թե ռազմական օպերացիաներ, այլ մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանի հավասարակշռության ինչպես նաև համաշխարհային շուկաների վրա ուղղակի և անուղղակի ազդեցությունների փոփոխություն: Հետևենք զարգացումներին»,- նշել է նա:
